We have prepared this house with love to make your visit to Villamanrique and Doñana National Park an unforgettable experience. With capacity for 9 people in 4 bedrooms, its location south of the town center, between the Guadiamar green corridor and the Natural Gate of Doñana National Park, and its proximity to Seville, El Rocío and Matalascañas beach, make it the ideal place to enjoy with family or friends. Pets are allowed

THE ACCOMMODATION

Our high-quality apartment in Villamanrique is designed to offer an unforgettable experience. Equipped with high-quality furniture and facilities, the house is recently built, which guarantees exceptional construction qualities. In addition, we are committed to the environment.

The apartment consists of two floors and a large front porch. The entrance leads to a spacious and comfortable living room, where you can enjoy a pellet fireplace with high energy efficiency, controlled by Wifi. You will also find a large sofa, a dining table for 8 people, a 43-inch Smart TV with Disney Plus, Amazon Prime and Orange TV installed, as well as an air conditioning unit for the summer.

The independent and spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a combi fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso capsule coffee maker. In the laundry room, you will find a washing machine and a dryer, as well as the necessary utensils for the barbecue that you will find on the front porch of the house. The kitchen overlooks the backyard of the house, from where you can access the storage room.

The ground floor of the house also has a bedroom with a double bed, open wardrobe and cold/hot air conditioning unit. In addition, a small bathroom with a shower.

The upper floor is accessed by a staircase attached to the living room, where three bedrooms and a large bathroom are distributed. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a double bed, another with two single beds, and the third with three single beds, completing a total of 7 beds in the house with a capacity for 9 people. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a bidet, bathtub and shower with a rain effect sprinkler. All bedrooms have cold/hot air conditioning and a wardrobe, and the beds have 2 pillows per guest.

SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS

This is an individual house, so it does not share common areas with other guests. It has a front porch and a back porch in the backyard. In the front porch, there is a barbecue that you can use at your convenience. If you prefer, you can park your car on the porch or on the street to leave the space free for your use. In the backyard, there is a small pool for summer enjoyment, although it is not yet installed. In the living room, there is a router to connect to the wifi, which is high speed and free. Upon arrival, the beds will be made, there will be one shower towel per guest, and in the bathrooms, there will be hand towels and shower mats. In the bathrooms, there will be complimentary hygiene products, such as toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and shower gel. In the kitchen, there will be complimentary products such as coffee capsules, milk, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, and napkins. These products are complimentary and will not be replenished during the stay. There will also be cleaning products, such as dishwasher soap and other cleaning products (except laundry soap). There is no daily cleaning service or change of bed linen and towels, but for stays of 8 nights or more, an additional set of sheets and towels will be left at no additional cost. If you need it, a crib and high chair can be installed for a young child (under 2 years old). During the stay, additional services can be requested, such as apartment cleaning, periodic cleaning for long stays, change of bed linen and towels, and additional towels. These services have an additional cost and must be requested in advance.

You can bring your pet to the house to share the room with you, but keep in mind that a pet fee of €40 per reservation will apply.

Smoking inside the house is prohibited. If you need to smoke, please do so outside.
Respect the neighbors' rest and avoid making noise late at night and during siesta hours (23:00 to 9:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00). Parties are not allowed.
Dispose of your trash in the street containers before leaving, and we will show you where the nearest one is located.
Use the air conditioning and fireplace moderately, only when you are in the house, and turn them off when you leave. It will help the environment and keep the equipment in good condition.
Leave the dishwasher running before leaving to maintain good hygiene in the house.
It is important to provide your phone number and email upon arrival, and if necessary, we can contact you through the booking channel application. Access to the house is through a code that we will provide before your arrival. You must also provide information about all guests over 16 years old, including a photo of their ID or passport and a selfie to verify the guests' identity.

We offer an Early Check-In/Late Check-Out service at our house, subject to availability. If you want to enter the apartment before the key delivery time (3:00 pm) on the day of your arrival, we can offer you an Early Check-In for a small supplement of €30.00 if available for entries before 2:00 pm.Similarly, if you need to make a late check-out on the day of your departure (after 11:00 am), we can offer you the Late Check-Out service, subject to availability, for a small supplement of €30.00 for departures after 12:00. It is important to note that the maximum stay time in the apartment is 6:00 pm.

If you need an invoice for your stay, you only need to provide the tax information, and we will deliver it to you by email on the day of your departure.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

In the surroundings of the house, you will find several small supermarkets that are open even on Sundays. There, you can find bread, soft drinks, deli meats, and basic products. At the entrance of Villamanrique by Pilas, there is a larger DIA supermarket. In the nearby town of Pilas (7 kilometers away), there is a MERCADONA, which could be a good option for longer stays.

We can recommend some restaurants, such as Venta Mauro, located at the entrance of the famous Raya Real, about 5 kilometers from the house. La Ardea Purpurea also has a good restaurant. In the Plaza de España, there are several bars where you can enjoy the terrace with a good beer and some tapas.

In the village, you will find pharmacies, cafes, home delivery food, and even a magnificent churros shop for breakfast. There are also some banking entities in case you need to use the ATM.

If there is something that distinguishes this area, it is the Doñana National Park, a Biosphere Reserve and UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Doñana National Park is a mosaic of ecosystems that house unique biodiversity in Europe. The marshland stands out, of extraordinary importance as a passage, breeding, and wintering place for thousands of European and African birds. Unique species and seriously endangered species live in the park, such as the Iberian imperial eagle and the Iberian lynx. Doñana represents the confluence of a set of ecosystems (beach, dunes, hunting grounds, marshes...) that give this Park a unique personality.

The location of Villamanrique, 45 minutes from Seville, 20 minutes from El Rocío, and 40 minutes from Matalascañas Beach, allows for many plans to enjoy a unique natural environment.

GETTING AROUND

The best option to reach Villamanrique de la Condesa is by car, as it is a small town and does not have a good public transportation connection. From Seville, you can reach it in about 45 minutes on the A-49 road towards Huelva, taking the exit to Villamanrique de la Condesa. You can also reach it from Huelva on the same A-49 road, taking the same exit. Another option is to take a bus from Seville. There are several bus companies that offer regular services from Seville to Villamanrique. The travel time is a bit longer than by car, as there are stops along the way and the frequency of buses is lower. In summary, although the most comfortable and fastest option is by car, there are other options to reach Villamanrique de la Condesa, such as by bus.
