The Apartment:
The transitional style of the apartment is a mix of traditional and contemporary. It offers the best of both worlds in that it is comforting and sleek at the same time. This style focuses on texture and material over color. Some highlights of the apartment are simple architecture, clean lines, distinct focal points, metallic accents, and a lot of texture.
The living space screams homey in every way - from the indoor-outdoor living experience brought about by the glass doors, to the plush sofas where you can enjoy and stream your favorite flix. The open floor plan of the space leads to the indoor dining area which seats up to 4.
The soft archway leads to the fully-equipped kitchen that's packed with all cooking and dining essentials as well as a washing machine. Doors to the bedrooms are also found here. The master bedroom has a cozy double bed parallel to a glass door which brings you out to a sunny terrace. It has an ensuite bathroom that offers a tub, a shower, a toilet, and a sink with a well-lit mirrored vanity. 2 single beds are offered in the 2nd bedroom which is also enveloped with natural light during the day thanks to the glass doors which gives access to the outdoor dining area or patio.

The neighborhood
The restful oasis is primely located within walking distance to Puerto Banus - a luxury marina that has become one of the largest entertainment centers in the Costa del Sol. It has berths for 915 boats and its streets are lined with bars, nightclubs, restaurants, and expensive luxury boutiques. After an amusing shopping spree, share an intimate Mediterranean dinner at Camurí - Las Cuchis or a comfortable Argentinian Grill at Tango Restaurante. A laid-back restaurant for meat and fish dishes, plus Sunday roasts, with live music and vegan options. You are located just next to Aloha Gardens which has a vast variety of top restaurants from all over the world, as well as popular bars like Mosh just a few footsteps from the apartment.
On the other side, you do have the popular Centro Plaza with restaurants like La Sala, Breathe and Mr Noodles. Shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, hairdressers, gymnasiums, casinos, gift shops; you name it, Nueva Andalucia has it. As well as the wonderful Saturday morning market that starts in the Centro Plaza and sprawls down into Puerto Banus itself. Nueva Andalucia is the place many head to for a golf trip on the Costa del Sol There are several excellent courses including Las Brisas, La Quinta, La Dama de Noche, Aloha and Los Naranjos. All offer excellent facilities, challenging courses and stunning scenery. Nueva Andalucia is renowned for its wonderful selection of high-quality bars and restaurants and you are located in the heart of Nueva Andalucia, close to Aloha Gardens, Centro Plaza and Puerto Banús.

• Pets
As much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately.
• No Parties
You are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some 'party friendly' properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property.• AC/HeaterTurn off the AC while you are not at home and when you are checking out please. Keep all windows closed when you use the system for the best effect.
• Security deposit
Please respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party, loud music etc) will result in you loosing the security deposit or in the worst case scenario that you need to leave the property earlier than expected so please respect that.
• Check in is possible between 3.00-9.00 PM.
Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 40 Euros (In between 9.00 PM - 5.00 AM).
• Check-out is at latest 11AM.
• You will get a booklet before your arrival with information of extra services: Airport transfer, car rental, daily cleaning, baby equipment, private chef, grocery stocking and also a guide with recommendations that we have gathered through out the years in Marbella.
