The Villa is characterized by bright colors combined with natural tones to create the perfect atmosphere for unforgettable holiday in Menorca.
Outside we find a big grass garden with Mediterranean plants and trees, the swimming pool, the terrace with sun beds for relaxing during the sunny days, a chill area with cozy sofas, and a spacious covered pergola with table and chairs for the dinners outside with the family and friends.

Moving inside, Villa Alexander offers a bright living room with sofas, flat TV, the fireplace, in a separated room the dining area with table and 10 seats, where to spend time all together, and the fully equipped kitchen with with refrigerator, freezer, oven and a cooker hood.
This particular property can welcome 6 guests, with a maximum of 8 (with extra cost),in four bedrooms with exposed beams and charms furniture, divided as follow:

Room 1 has a double bed and private bathroom
Room 2 has a double bed and private bathroom
Room 3 has two twin beds and share the bathroom
Room 4 has two twin beds and share the bathroom

Rental rules
A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
Smoking is not allowed inside the house

The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
