Rowhill can sleep up to six guests across its three floors there are two bedrooms on the top level a double room and a twin room that share a shower room between them.
On the middle (street) level you will find a bay fronted living room with smart TV to the front of the house and a modern kitchen/dining room to the rear with lovely views out towards Ventnor Downs and the sea. On the lower ground floor there is a further double bedroom, shower room, cloakroom and a games room with table football, TV, Wii console and a double sofa bed (for alternative sleeping arrangements) There is also an enclosed garden accessed via the games room with garden furniture.
There isn't any allocated parking with the property but you can normally easily find an on road parking space outside the house or nearby in one of the surrounding roads without any restrictions.

Just a short walk downhill from the property you will find Wheelers Bay with its impressive sea wall and within a 5-minute walk from the house is Ventnor, a traditional Victorian seaside town, which has a fabulous range of boutique shops and fine eateries, Ventnor is renowned for its golden beach and bustling arts scene with the Isle of Wight’s award-winning Ventnor Fringe Festival that takes place every summer, and the Ventnor Botanical Gardens which has over 23 acres of wide-open spaces containing rare, subtropical plants and trees which flourish in the unique microclimate enjoyed on the south coast of the island.
Just a short drive from the property are the bustling seaside towns of Shanklin and Sandown, providing miles of glorious sandy beaches and entertainment for the whole family.
Nearby Bonchurch lies just to the east of Ventnor and is renowned for its historic literary connections, this picturesque village gained huge popularity in the Victorian era when the area's appealing microclimate combined with the dramatic southerly coastline led there to be many fine houses and villas built, with many renowned writers of the era such as Dickens and Swinburne frequenting the area. The coastal village retains a popular pub and the 11th Century church and footpaths provide access to various bays and excellent coastal walks.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES / SERVICES:
PLEASE NOTE: a pre-authorised, refundable, security deposit of £150 will be required before arrival at the property. No money will be taken unless any damage is reported at the property within 14 days of your departure.
This property offers a double sofa bed in the games room, If you would like us to supply linen for its use during your stay, this can be provided at an additional cost of £35, per stay.
Please do make us aware at the time of booking / in advance of your stay if you require this service, so we can arrange to take payment and have the linen made available.
There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car, unless agreed prior with the owner of the property. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged without approval, then the guest may be charged an additional amount to cover the extra cost.

There is a strict no smoking/vaping policy, inside all our properties.
No pets are allowed at this property.
Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels and cot linen as necessary.
Please be respectful of the property and the neighbours during your stay; leaving the property as you found it on your arrival.
A breach of the above rules and guidelines could mean forfeiture of the Security Deposit.
