The open-plan kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing with other guests and enjoying meals together. It includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries for fundamental culinary requirements and makes delicious meals.

Guests can also take advantage of the balcony, where they can have their meals outside while taking a bit of sunlight.

The ensuite bedroom is elegantly decorated, including a single bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Paranhos is a parish in the municipality of Porto, Portugal. Local landmarks include the Areosa Church, various faculties of the University of Porto and the sprawling Hospital de São João (Saint John Hospital).

Porto was chosen as "The City to Visit This Year" by Forbes 2017 and is a definite must-see city in Europe, even if it is just for a weekend break.

Located in the north of Portugal by the outlet of the Douro River, it has a unique atmosphere with elegant neighbourhoods and large villas sitting on narrow cobbled streets. This soulful city was classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1996.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Pólo Universitário, is just a 17-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 16-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
