You'll enjoy your stay in this spacious air-conditioned apartment.

It's located on the 2nd floor of a private house.

It has two smaller balconies, and third one is spacious with table and chairs so you can enjoy spending your time there.

The nearest beach is popular beach Znjan, just 7 min drive from the apartment.

Split center is just 10 min driving from it.

We will provide free parking spot in the yard of the house.

Street where the apartment located is also free to park, so you will find free parking spot 1-3 min walking from the apartment if you come with two cars.

Living room has a cozy sofa and large 47" LED TV with cable channels.

Master bedroom has one comfortable king-size double bed and its own balcony.

Second bedroom has cozy double bed.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, electric kettle and a fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

Bathroom has shower and hair dryer.


High-speed Wi-Fi unlimited internet, air-conditioning, linen, towels, iron and ironing board, cable TV & more are included in price.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but is allowed on the balconies.

Pets are not allowed, sorry.

We expect normal house behavior - please watch out not to break anything, leave the apartment tidy as you found it and don't make noise to other people in the house.

For security purposes, please send us following info of each guest: name and surname, place, country and date of birth, citizenship, type and number of identity document, place of residence, address and gender. For check-in date more than 24 hours of booking please send us that info within 2 hours of booking time and for same day reservations please send us that info within 1 hour of booking time or we reserve the right to cancel.

Also please don't forget to enjoy your stay here!

Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.

Bus station is within few minutes walking.

Ferry port, train station and regional bus station are 10 min driving minutes walking.


***** The Neighbourhood:

Apartment is located at entrance of Split in a neighborhood called Kocunar.

It's just 15-20 minutes walking from the biggest and most modern shopping mall Mall of Split.

Big supermarket Kaufland is just 2 min walking.

Popular beach Znjan is just 7 min drive and center of Split is just 10 min driving.

City bus station is 2 min walk from the apartment, and nearest big supermarket Kaufland is just 2 min walking.

***** Notice for the Ultra Music Festival (UMF) guests:

Stay from 11th to 15th of July (4 nights) is mandatory.

Please do not make reservation for less than that.

You are welcome to come earlier or stay later than those dates.


Everything will be provided on check-in: towels, linen, wi-fi password etc.
