The two additional bedrooms are equipped with two comfortable single beds of 90x200 each, designed with guests’ rest and comfort in mind.

We invite our guests to relax in the spacious living room, enriched with a high-quality sofa bed and flanked by a modern open kitchen. This living area becomes the heart of the apartment, a perfect place to enjoy memorable moments.

The penthouse dazzles with its natural light thanks to an elegant gallery of windows that extend throughout the corridor, facing the interior of the building. This unique design endows the space with exceptional luminosity, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.

Its location is right in the center of Malaga, close to all the tourist attractions in the area, as well as restaurants, cafes, tapas bars and all kinds of shops. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
