Summary:
We are so excited to offer our duplex apartment, Noir, located in the heart of Manchester’s vibrant Ancoats area. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as an open-plan kitchen and living area. There is also a spacious, terrace-style balcony overlooking the city skyline. The apartment sleeps a maximum of 6 guests.
The Space:
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The open kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Featuring a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, washing machine and dryer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and an induction hob.
We also offer complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper.
The kitchen island doubles up as a breakfast bar, with 4 additional bar stools. This space also offers an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business.
BEDROOMS
There are 2 king-size bedrooms. The upstairs master bedroom features a unique standalone bath tub at the foot of the bed, as well as custom-fitted electric glass which can be turned on to offer privacy from the rest of the apartment. The downstairs bedroom has electric blackout blinds.
BATHROOMS
There are 2 bathrooms, both featuring walk-in rainfall showers. We provide bath and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
LIVING AREA
The living area features a 55 inch smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime TV access. The living area also features access to a spacious, terrace-style balcony which overlooks New Islington and the Manchester City skyline, with gorgeous views of the sunset.
SOFA BED
The sofa can be converted into a comfortable double sofa-bed. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. If you’re unsure whether you have a sofa-bed inclusive rate or for full details of our sofa-bed policy, please refer to our terms and conditions.
LOCATION & PARKING
This property is located in Manchester’s city centre district of Ancoats. You can be Manchester’s central bar and retail district within walking distance. There is a public car park located across the road in front of the New Islington metrolink station - charges may apply.
Guest Access:
Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250. This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. No monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

Getting Around:
When you walk out the front door of the building, you are right across the road from New Islington Metrolink tram station. From here, you can take the metro straight into Manchester City Centre via Manchester Piccadilly train station. You can also take the metro directly to the Etihad Stadium and/or the new Co Op Live arena. If you prefer, you can walk to the stadium or arena in 10-15 minutes. Behind the tram stop is New Islington Marina with a lovely selection of bars and restaurants - perfect for a sunny day.
Other Things to Note:
Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 3rd floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours. We also encourage you to read our house rules for full transparency of our terms & conditions prior to booking - these can be found on our website. By booking your stay, you agree to abide to our terms & conditions.
