This two-bedroom apartment in Norwich is a perfect romantic getaway for couples to explore Norwich or if you are working locally.

With a large glass front window, you can take in the spectacular view of the former Bullards Gin brewery while enjoying the industrial-style interior of the property.


Please note there is one step into the main building before access to the lift.
There is a road outside that has traffic during busy periods but is quiet overnight.
The cleaning fee covers your departure clean and weekly during stays longer than 7 days (Please let us know if this service will be required.)

We do have house rules to make sure we keep our properties in the best condition for your arrival.
1. No smoking, please. (apart from the outside the building)
2. No pets.
3. Maintain the property in good repair during your stay (as you find it upon entry).
Quiet hours between 9 pm -8 am on a weekday and 11 pm - 8 am on the weekend.

It's a short 2-minute walk to the Norwich lanes where you can find the popular Grosvenor Fish Bar, which is a traditional fish and chip shop, with a twist.
