Our holiday home was completely rebuilt in 2018 in a traditional Darß-typical and ecological way. What is special about the house, in addition to the equipment and the special extras, is the clay plaster throughout the house, as well as the large barrel sauna in the garden with a view of the horse paddock. The holiday home was awarded 5 stars according to the quality criteria of the DTV classification and has an excellent Charming Hideaway Index of 93.75% in the overall rating. The house has a very nice and quiet location on the outskirts of Born, adjacent to a paddock, behind it the bay is a few hundred meters away. Shops and the village center are within walking distance. It offers first-class equipment with exclusive comfort - cosiness and well-being are guaranteed.

Relax in the 900 sqm beautiful garden with two terraces and in-house herb garden overlooking the horse paddock. Your house includes its own chickens, which are responsible for your fresh breakfast egg.

3 smart TVs, wi-fi, Bluetooth stereo and Netflix, bed linen, tea towels, towels and blankets included, in the utility room: steam iron, ironing board, washing machine, hoover, laundry stands, shower stool, children's high chair and children's travel bed, cleaning of the house only with ecological cleaning products, bicycle shed, 3 car parking spaces in the yard.

The house has a very beautiful and quiet location on the outskirts of Born, adjacent to a horse paddock, behind it in a few hundred metres the Bodden. Shopping facilities and the village centre are within walking distance. It offers a first-class overall equipment with exclusive comfort - cosiness and well-being are guaranteed.

Eine wundervolle, erholsame Urlaubswoche in einem traumhaft schönen Reetdachhaus.

Das unglaubliche schöne Reetdachhaus unter zwei alten Bäumen auf einem traumhaft schönen Grundstück überrascht auch innen mit liebevoller, hochwertiger und typisch maritimer, gemütlicher Einrichtung. Die Räume sind großzügig, die Schlafzimmer ruhig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. In der Küche gibt es alles was man braucht und noch viele kleine Extras, sodass wir sehr gerne auch daheim gekocht haben. Familie Grolik ist unglaublich nett und aufmerksam. Wir kommen wieder.

A large living and dining area with a cosy fireplace, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large roof terrace and a 900 sqm garden with two further terraces and a herb garden await you.

It was important to us to combine old and new in a meaningful way, to create a symbiosis between high-quality old elements and stylish modernity.

Under the tiles, underfloor heating provides cosy warmth in the cold months, there is also wall heating in the living room and the fireplace completes the concept perfectly and provides romantic hours. If that is not enough, you will certainly find happiness in the thatched barrel sauna in the garden, which provides warm moments in icy temperatures.

For the summer months, the garden and the two terraces leading in different directions are a wonderful lounge area, equipped with cosy garden furniture, a beach chair, relaxation loungers and a barbecue.

You can enjoy the view over the adjacent paddock, and for your morning breakfast egg, there are happily clucking chickens in the adjacent free-range enclosure, which you can see even there in solitude.
