Appliances consist of an electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and coffee machine, and for entertainment, three Smart TVs with Freeview and Netflix, a TV and a selection of books. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed at a supplement, but sorry, no smoking.
