This impressive 4-bedroom, end of terrace family home, set over 3 floors and spanning over 1600 sq/ft with a spacious reception room, fitted kitchen, 4 good-sized bedrooms, a private garden and gated as well as off-street parking for up to 4 cars. Ideal for families with children and groups of friends or colleagues. The city is within walking distance and a wealth of transport links via nearby London Bridge Station.

Welcome to this modern central 4-bedroom family home, set over 3 floors and spanning over 1600 sq/ft with a spacious reception room, fitted kitchen, 4 good-sized bedrooms, a private garden and gated as well as off-street parking.

High ceilings, large windows, bi-folding doors and electrically operated retractable roof lights that allow this flow of natural light.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

It's a residential area so keep the noise level at a minimum after 10 pm.

Turn off heating when not on the property, please.

I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!

Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.

I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.

Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!

Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.

Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorised late check-out will be charged £50 per hour.

Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.
If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP.

Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
