We are located on the first via stairs.

Tastefully decorated, this chic 40m2 apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

The living room features a comfy sofa bed and armchairs where you can relax and a dining table. The area has a warm ambience and plenty of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to cook a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

The bedroom is a pleasant area with a double bed, a wardrobe, and complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. WiFi speed is roughly 60Mbps.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

This flat is situated in a great location and offers easy access to various attractions and amenities. Shoreditch Park and Union Chapel are just a short distance away, providing opportunities for leisurely walks, picnics, and enjoying the outdoors. For those looking to grab a bite to eat or a cup of coffee, The Breakfast Club is a popular café nearby. Additionally, The Old Queens Head offers a range of dining options and a vibrant atmosphere for those seeking restaurants and bars. With its central location, It is an ideal base for exploring the city and all it has to offer.

This modern flat offers easy access to public transportation, with the Angel station just a 12-minute walk away and the Highbury and Islington station a mere 14-minute walk away. The proximity to these stations provides residents with excellent connectivity to various parts of the city, making commuting and exploring London a breeze.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
