● Guests will have exclusive access to their suite, which is located on the ground floor and communal access to the entire top two floors of the house.
● The garden level is occupied by the house owner and, therefore, not available to guests.
● A small section of the garden is not accessible to guests, and this area is clearly indicated.
● All private areas of the house are clearly marked with signage.
● Guests will have access to free parking in front of the house.
● Seasyde House is spread over two levels.
● The mansion features one staircase with 16 steps.

SURROUNDINGS
Seasyde House, a charming 1780 Georgian estate, is nestled within a 150-acre property overlooking the scenic Tay Estuary and mud flats. The serene surroundings and elegant accommodations, comprising four bedrooms and four bathrooms, offer a tranquil retreat. The house, thoughtfully rebuilt by Robert Hunter, an associate of Robert Adam, features a delightful garden, including castellated hedges frequented by red squirrels and rare bird species.

Guests can indulge in various activities, including croquet, tennis, and rejuvenating yoga sessions in the historic billiards room. The house exudes history, with portraits of Fiona's relatives adorning the drawing room walls, including the notable John Duke of Rothes, appointed Lord High Chancellor of Scotland by Charles II. Dining is a treat, with a table seating 12 and a private fully equipped kitchen, complete with an espresso machine, Spode teacups, and a Belling plate warmer.
