The rental is composed of 2 units which are not internally connected and also offers a beautiful living area with a cinema area, a large fireplace, a small kitchen corner (microwave, American coffee maker, small dishwasher, espresso maker) and a children’s playroom with toys.

Guests can also enjoy a fully equipped gym, a sauna, a chromotherapy shower and a bathroom with a shower.

The owners live upon the property but do not share the use of the outdoor spaces or the swimming pool.

Renting this splendid property in Italy would also allow guests to easily reach Tuscany’s most famous attractions.
A 2km stretch of good-condition dirt road reaches the property.

Available to guests: private and fenced swimming pool reserved for the exclusive use of guests (18 x 9 m – max. depth 2.4m – minimum depth 1m). Private garden, barbecue, tennis court / football field, gym with the latest generation machines, cinema zone (65" TV with Dolby surround sound system), pool table, chromotherapy sauna and shower, Wi-Fi internet connection (only in the big living room and in the pool area).

Tenuta Cambiano is a rental villa, which also lends itself very well to holding organised events: inside there is also an area, which can hold between 80-100 people (pricing available upon request).
This part of the property remains closed and is not of use to guests unless for an organised event.
