The living room features two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows and also doubles as a workspace, with a desk for those who need to catch up on work or want to relax with a book. There's also a private balcony to enjoy the stunning views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, a microwave, a dining table for three and a dishwasher, making it convenient for you to clean up after preparing a delicious meal. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Private parking within the building also ensures you have a safe and secure place to park your vehicle during your stay.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Parque das Nações is a Portuguese parish in the municipality of Lisbon, belonging to the East Zone of the capital. It is a vibrant neighbourhood with plenty of attractions to explore. The famous Oceanário de Lisboa, a world-renowned aquarium, transports visitors into a mesmerizing underwater world. With its impressive collection of marine life and immersive exhibits, this attraction is a must-visit for nature enthusiasts and families alike.

And the impressive Torre Vasco da Gama, the tallest structure in Portugal. This towering landmark offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city and the stunning Vasco da Gama Bridge. The neighbourhood is conveniently located just a 16-minute walk from Oriente station, making it easy to travel around the city. Whether you're interested in marine life or historical landmarks, Parque das Nações has something for everyone.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Moscavide, is just a 5-minute walk.

The train station, Gare do Oriente, is just a 16-minute walk.

The nearest bus stop, Jardim Jacarandás, lines 26B, 708 and 2731, is just a 3-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 6-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
