The approximately 50 m² attic apartment has an open living area with a small kitchenette, dining table and a corner sofa. The sofa offers two additional sleeping spaces when it is unfolded. The bedroom has a 180x200cm bamboo bed and a niche with a small chest of drawers. In addition, the apartment has a small storage room with a shelf and shoe cabinet and a small bathroom with a bathtub.
Due to the sloping roof, the apartment has a very low ceiling height in some areas.
The apartment can only be reached via a very narrow and very steep staircase.
The two apartments are very suitable for families due to their size. The 3-room apartment on the ground floor has a garden, a large living room, a spacious bedroom with plenty of storage space and a smaller, cozy bedroom. The 4-room apartment on the 1st floor has a small balcony, a large living room, a larger bedroom and two smaller ones. In addition, the apartment has a large and fully equipped kitchen.
Both apartments have a dining area and a large couch in the living room. The bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub with a shower rod.

There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer that can be used for a fee.

There are already parking spaces in front of the house, but the outdoor area is still being completed (due to a new building next door, paving work still has to be done).
