The beautiful villa Serenade is built in a hillside position in the region of Kakapetra overlooking the capital of Paros, Paroikia, just 5-minutes away by car. Beautiful sundown view. The villa consists of large living areas, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 WC, one guest room and amazing outside living areas around the pool with panoramic sea views. This villa is the ideal holiday residence for families or couples looking to relax in comfort and luxury on the island of Paros!

Due to its geographical position the house is built on multiple levels and is well distributed on a total surface of 300 square meters offering all modern amenities and comforts a guest might desire to make his holidays premium. From its own private entrance with outside parking space you enter the mid floor of Villa Serenade where you have a spacious living area comprised of beautiful traditional architecture with stone walls and wooden floors making it a very cosy and pleasant environment. The large comfortable sofas and the spacious rooms are designed ideally for relaxing during the day or night with friends or family. On the same level you will find the fully equipped kitchen where guests can prepare their meals to enjoy them afterwards in the nice dining area.
On the upper level there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom giving access to a nice veranda with sitting area and an unobstructed view to the Aegean Sea overlooking the port of Paroikia.
On its ground-floor, Villa Serenade, offers 3 bedrooms and the independent guesthouse all giving direct access to the pool area with amazing views of the garden and the sea. The first bedroom is equipped with a large double bed and an en-suite bathroom while the other two bedrooms are sharing 1 bathroom. These bedrooms are equipped with one double bed and one queen-size bed. There is one more room available which mainly serves as a utility room. It is occupied by the personnel and the housekeeper, who take care of the villa offering daily cleaning services including the change of linen twice a week.
The guesthouse with an independent entrance consists of an open plan living area with a double sofa which can also be used as a bed to accommodate a 3rd person, a large double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a small fully equipped kitchenet.

From here you reach the large patio where you will find the garden and the pool area with sunbeds where you can relax and enjoy the sun. A wooden pergola spends shadow for the dining table. The fully equipped pool bar invites you to have a great time with friends and the family during the day or during the night depending on the occasion.
