As you drive into this private area, around the back of the shops and road, the house is at the end on the right hand side, overlooking the fields with parking for 3 cars.
As you step into the hall there is a study immediately to your left and the lounge on your right. Along the hall is a cloakroom with sink and W/C and an under stair cupboard.
The lounge has a multi-fuel burner making it perfect for a cosy romantic winter break. There are 2 three-seater sofas, an armchair and a large poof. There is a smart TV but no access to the BBC as the property does not have a licence. There is aso a DVD player with lots of DVDs and plenty of books and games to keep you entertained during your stay.
The lounge leads into the large open plan dining room and kitchen. There is a large dining table that seats up to 8 when extended. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 6 ring gas hob on the central island with 2 ovens under and a breakfast bar opposite, a built in pantry cupboard, integrated dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
The kitchen leads into the utility room where there is a sink, washing machine and a condensing dryer.
This in turn leads into the large office which has 2 large desks and a 3 seater leather sofa. Doors either end lead to the front of the house and to the garden at the back.
Upstairs, to the right is the master bedroom with a superking bed, a chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables, 2 chairs and an "ornamental" rocking horse. The ensuite has a walk in waterfall shower, W/C and sink with drawers under and a long mirror cabinet. Light floods into the room from the dual aspect windows making it light and airy.
The second bedroom looks out over the back garden and has a large single bed, chest of drawers and a good sized built in wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 has a king size bed, chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables and a large built in wardrobe. This looks out over the fields at the front of the house.
The family bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, W/C and sink.
Outside there is a large enclosed garden, part paved, part laid to lawn with a love arbour in the centre. There is garden furniture and an outdoor table tennis table
