Residing on one of its busiest streets, 360 Nicosia towers over the hustle and bustle of the world below, standing at an impressive 135m-high, composed of 34 floors of resort-style accommodation and services. Ιs positioned on the new pedestrian plaza which allows both residents and visitors alike to engage in leisurely activities.

As you enter the flat you will find a large open plan living and dining area with a large corner couch, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and a microwave. The kitchen is completed with an island bar and stools plus a dining table for more formal dining. As you walk down the corridor to your right you will find the main bathroom with a walk in shower, the laundry cupboard including a washing machine and dryer and the two double bedrooms with the bedroom at the end of the corridor comprising of an ensuite bathroom. Both rooms enjoy amazing views of the city center. In the living room you can find a large balcony and outdoor furniture. The flat comes with a smart tv and free wifi thoughout. Free parking is available too. On the 10th floor you can enjoy the use of the swimming pool, the gym and the lobby area to relax with a cool refreshment. Phaedrus Living 360 Tower Luxury Flat is just a short walk from the famous Lydras Street and 8km from the Mall of Cyprus.
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 20 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest. Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
