Gorton is situated approximately three miles east of Manchester city centre. It is part of the City of Manchester metropolitan borough.
Historically, Gorton was an industrial area focused on textile mills during the 19th century. The region's industrialisation increased population as people moved to the area for employment opportunities.

Gorton is home to Gorton Reservoirs, constructed in the 19th century to supply water to Manchester. The reservoirs and the surrounding area provide green spaces for recreational activities.

One notable landmark in Gorton is Gorton Monastery, officially known as the Church and Friary of St Francis. This stunning Gothic building was constructed in the 19th century and has undergone restoration efforts in recent years. It is now used for various events and functions.

Gorton is well-connected by road and public transport. The A57 road runs through the area, providing easy access to the city centre and other parts of Manchester. Ryder Brow station is only a walk away.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
