The villa has a surface area of 208 m² and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is an open space consisting of a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room. In the living room there is a large sofa and at the foot of the TV there is a fireplace, the fire of which will create a pleasant atmosphere in the cold evenings. The flow of the space, the abundance of seating and the openness to the outdoor terrace make it ideal for socializing. The room is dominated by a combination of wood and marble with an accent of royal blue color, which gives a touch of luxury and refinement. All rooms are air-conditioned.

This vacation home has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have ensuite bathrooms. 2 bedrooms are on the 1st floor while 1 is on the ground floor. 2 rooms are equipped with double beds, while 1 has 2 twin beds. All bedrooms are dominated by light colors of neutral shades, which makes them extremely pleasant to stay in and ideal for relaxation. 1 bedroom on the first floor has access to the balcony.
