Apartment Pau Casals is a spacious and stylishly refurbished first floor apartment located in a quiet residential area of Sitges.

The apartment has a light, airy and spacious feel with attracting living area furnished in contemporary design, a new American style kitchen and air conditioning in the main living area and the two bedrooms.

The entrance to the apartment leads directly into the spacious living room, which is well furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a flat screen TV and is air conditioned for guest comfort. The living room has a small balcony with a table and two chairs overlooking the attractive communal gardens.

The kitchen is newly refurbished and well equipped with a three-ring gas hob, bulit in oven, large fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There is also a cosy dining area for 4 people to the right of the kitchen.

Both the living room and the kitchen feature the original mozaic spanish tiles amalgamated nicely into the modern contemporary flooring.

The apartment offers 2 air conditioned double bedrooms, one with a good sized double bed and built-in wardrobes and the other can be made into either a single or double bed and also has built-in wardrobes. The bedrooms are located at one end of the apartment with the living room at the opposite end and the kitchen in-between.

The newly refurbished bathroom is located next to the bedrooms and features a walk-in shower and double washbasin. The separate toilet has a small washbasin.

This modern and fully equipped apartment offers a peaceful and relaxing haven for your holiday and yet is just a short walk to the bustling town centre with its numerous bars, cafes, restaurants and boutiques, as well as the beautiful sandy beaches. Furthermore, the cosmopolitan city of Barcelona is an easy 30-minute train ride from Sitges station, which is just a 1-minute walk from the apartment.
