BESTE FERIE balkong utsikt EVER !! Sitt på ekspansiv balkong med tilgang av hvert rom og se den smaragdgrønne bølgene fra morgen til solnedgang. Slapp av stranden og nyte sukker hvit sand og berømte smaragdgrønt vann av Destin. Ta en drink og bestil lunsj fra bassengrestauranten eller stranden tiki-baren og grillen mens du nyter en ettermiddagsferie på det overdimensjonerte bassenget med utsikt over bukten. Skli inn i badestampen for å virkelig slappe av. Sove med døren åpen og lytte til bølgene. Ligger i 9. etasje med utsikt over bassenget og bukten. Plasseringen av min enhet i 07-stabelen (907) har en av de mest ønskede visningene på Surfside pluss det større andre soverommet. Ny fliser ut av leiligheten og nye stue møbler. Nye flatskjerm-TV i stuen for å se fra recliner stol akkurat som hjemme. GRATIS INTERNET. Fiberoptisk kabel 100 Plus megabyte for flere enheter streaming.

Surfside har en av Destin få utendørs oppvarmet svømmebasseng med et veldig stort dekksareal inkludert to badestamper, separat barnebasseng og badstuer. Du kan se dine tenåringsbarn svømme i bassenget fra niende etasje balkongen. Surfside har 2-opplyste tennisbaner, basketballbane, treningsstudio, skjønnhetssalong og på stedet massasje spa. Golfbane rett utenfor døren. Enheten er på den foretrukne bassengkanten med fantastisk Gulf View! Bor på vår enhet inkluderer en gratis strandservice satt opp med stor paraply og 2 stoler i løpet av ett mars til oktober 31.

Det er en balkong utenfor alle rom med fantastisk utsikt over havet. Surfside har 24-timers vakthold med alle gangene inne i bygningen som fører til enheter. Omtrent 1200 kvadratfot. King-size soverom med NY MATTRESS kjøpt Jan 2019 har eget klesskap og eget bad med vaskemaskin og tørketrommel. Det andre soverommet har to dobbeltsenger i full størrelse og ligger ved siden av badet fra gangen med 2. inngang. Stue har full størrelse sovesofa for 2. Hovedsoverommet har også en sofa for å se på TV komfortabelt i tillegg til oppholdsrommet.

Perfect beach location

Surfside was the perfect resort for our family vacation. Sylvia was a great and very accommodating host. Very accessible and answered any questions i had. The unit was very clean and had an inviting beach theme. The view was amazing, over looking the pool and beach to the ocean!

Great stay!

Love that we could get our things moved in prior to the 4:00 check in and use the pool/beach with wristbands! Very well stocked kitchen, bathrooms etc. Appreciate the cleanliness of the condo, including the windows! Will definitely stay here again!

Recommend for Families!!

Stayed here for our last fall break with my son who is a Sr in HS. We had everything we needed in the unit. The balcony was huge with great views and rocking chairs!! Sylvia was great !!

Beautiful views and perfect location.

This was our 9th year coming to the gulf coast for our annual family beach vacation and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The condo was ready early and we were kicking ourselves that we weren’t yet in town to take advantage of that bonus but it was easy to access once we arrived. Parking was great, close to the exits and in the parking garage, it kept the vehicle from baking in the sun. The condo itself was perfectly appointed with everything you could need or want and easy access to shopping and grocery delivery (we got ours from Walmart) with plenty of space to put our food and drinks in the fridge and freezer. The space easily accommodated the 4 of us, a/c kept us comfortable, and the hot water was steaming and plentiful in the showers. The condo faces East and you can enjoy sunrise from your balcony which is another great feature… no need to rush to the beach first thing. We did that though and the proximity to the beach is close so the walk was short and easy to make at street level. We were blessed with exquisite weather and crystal clear emerald waters so we spent most of our days relaxing on the beach in the chairs provided and a couple we brought with us. It was a divine vacation. Thank you to Sylvia for providing a home away from home for us. Your place, and you, are gems!

Family vacation

Great location!

Wonderful location and perfect amount of space for my husband and I, our 2 boys and my husband’s parents! Condo was clean and had a ton of supplies which was amazing! Sylvia provided detailed information and followed up to ensure we were having a great time. Great place to stay!

Great Stay

Sylvia was great. From booking to check out. She was very responsive to messages. The condo was clean and had a great view. Easy beach access and the pool are great with shade in the afternoon. Will book again.

Great Beach Vacation

Sylvia is a great host. She answered all my questions and provided her best options for grocery stores and restaurants. The condo was great and spacious enough for our family of 5. The balcony of the condo provided great views of the beach. The Miramar beach was fabulous with the 2 chairs and umbrella provided with the condo. The pool and whirlpool was great as well. The only issue during our stay was an elevator broke down, which then took a while for us to get to the lobby and our condo as Surfside was very busy. Obviously, Sylvia had no control over the elevator issue. We hope to come back and stay again!! Thank You Sylvia!!

Great stay

We had a great time at our stay here. Everything was wonderful other than we would of like the bedrooms cooler when we slept. They got a tad bit warm. Everything else was wondering. Owner very easy to contact and talk with. Would stay here again!

Family Fun

I could not imagine a better place to stay with a family. The unit was beautiful with everything needed for a great vacation. The views were wonderful, the location perfect, and the owner was great to work with. I especially liked the bedding as we were even able to squeeze in my daughter who asked to come at the last minute. She slept on a couch in the master bedroom (which I have not seen in any other unit). As a bonus, the unit comes with a free umbrella and chair set up on the beach! All this was with a very reasonable price. 5 STARS!!

Great location and host

Right on the beach, bar and grill on the property, two more on the beach restaurants approximately 1/2 mile either direction. What more could you want? Sylvia was very attentive and informative from the moment I booked months ago via email, text, and phone call. Great place, my new beach spot.

Prime Location

This unit had everything we needed for a great vacation. The view from the balcony only added to our relaxing time, beautiful morning sun. Great area to go for walks and close enough for restaurants, shopping and beach bars. we will definitely be returning next year. it was also nice to know if we had any problems Sylvia would respond in minutes. thanks again Sylvia

Beautiful vacation

Beautiful two bedroom condo with four-door walls overlooking pool and ocean view. Fully stocked with everything you could need whether you are cooking a meal or heading to the beach. We drove down from Michigan and could not find a hotel the night before we were scheduled to check in. We called the owner and she allowed us an early check-in at 11:30pm, after we drove straight through. She only charged us a very minimal rate and we were very grateful. It was a wonderful week.

Pleasant Stay

It was our first time renting and staying in Destin and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We loved the condo! It fit well with our family outing! It was spacious and everything we needed was in the kitchen. We loved the walkover to the beach and the amenities of the resort. We had a very pleasant stay! Also, the condo owner was nice to work with and very accommodating. Will definitely come back!

Great location and great time

The unit is older but has been updated where it counts. The floors, and tile work in showers has been updated, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is amazing and the views can't be beat. I would stay again.

Awesome!

We loved our stay in this Surfside cozy condo. The two bedrooms perfectly suited our group of 4 ladies. We totally enjoyed the view of the beach from the balcony where we spent so much time relaxing having coffee and drinks. The beach setup with an umbrella and two chairs plus the chairs in the closet was a definite plus! Sylvia was a great host!

September 3-9

3 adults and 2 kids stayed here this past week. The condo was clean and the beds slept great. The view from the condo is breathtaking! There was everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The master bedroom is very big and spacious. Even though we weren’t right on the beach the walk isn’t far and easy to haul all our beach stuff. Also the beach access was clean and the guys who work out there are the most helpful (especially kurtis). There was bonfires on the beach a few nights while we watched the sunset. We will definitely book this condo again for future beach trips.

Our family consider ourselves Big Sky Cajans. Originally from Montana taken to the deep south of Louisiana , beautiful Virginia and southern Ohio with my husband's pulp and paper career the white sands of Destin, FL have found a way to create a tug of war on our hearts between retiring on Flathead Lake, Montana or the sugary white sands of Destin, FL. Hopefully, if you stay at our condo you can help us decide on the retirement vote. We hope you enjoy our beach home get away as much we do. Never tire of looking at the Gulf view from our balcony. When my mom was still alive but unable easily walk to the beach she still felt like she was on vacation when she sat out on the balcony.

Fell in love with the warm Gulf water and white sand. Loved the balconies off every room giving Surfside condo's plenty of natural lighting. We hope to retire here someday.

Surfside's unique feature in having balconies off every room in all of its condos. Our condo on the 9th floor offers a spectacular view of the Gulf Mexico plus it is on the pool side. Full view balconies makes it easier to keep on eye on older teenage children that you might allow to go to the pool without mom & dad. We never tire of the view! Love the heated outdoor swimming pool, one of the few in Destin with hot tubs.. Makes for comfortable year around swimming. Everyone enjoys the two hot tubs by our pool area.
here is a fitness center with new equipment. The onsite restaurant & bar a big plus which also has outdoor restaurant seating. Unbeatable gulf view weather seated inside or outside. Sushi bar is one of the best in Destin. It is just a push of the elevator button away. There is also an outside Beach Bar on the deck of the skybridge. Told it has the best on the beach drink prices!
