Nyt hvert øyeblikk av din Seabrook Island-ferie her i dette vakre High Hammock-huset som ligger på en privat tomt under en kalesje av levende eiketrær og spansk mose. En gang inne vil du sette pris på den romslige, åpne planløsning mens øynene dine trekkes til den fantastiske golfbanen på baksiden av huset. Det er god plass til familie og venner å samles i det koselige, flotte rommet med hvelvet tak og tilgang til verandaen. Rikelige vinduer i hele huset bringer utendørs inn og gir fantastisk naturlig belysning.

Spiseområdet ved siden av det store rommet har sitteplasser til 8 og er perfekt for å dele måltider og spille spill. Det store, store rommet har rikelig med sitteplasser for alle, pluss en Queen Murphy-seng for ekstra soveplass. Du vil elske den fantastiske strandstemningen i dette nyoppdaterte hjemmet. Den åpne spis i kjøkkenet er oppdatert og fullt utstyrt med plass til 4 pluss 2 barstoler. Et stort bildevindu sikrer at selv kokken har en nydelig utsikt. Kjøkkenet og 1. etasje hovedsoverom har tilgang til sol rom som er et så godt sted å begynne og avslutte dagen din. Det er en dronning sovesofa i solseng for ekstra soveplass. Den store første etasje master suite har en king size-seng og romslig, oppdatert bad. Det er også en vaskemaskin og tørketrommel i full størrelse for enkelhets skyld.

Vandre utenfor til verandaen med 2 hengekøye-svinger, og et spisebord med plass til 3-5 al fresco-servering. Tilbring dagen med å slappe av og se på golfspillerne ved den andre fairwayen på Ocean Winds golfbane. Gå gjennom verandaen på et åpent dekk med ekstra sitteplasser og en propangrill for grillfestene.

Ovenpå finner du ytterligere 2 soverom og fullt bad. Den første på toppen av trappen har en queen size-seng med eget bad og egen balkong. Beautiful home! Highly recommend!

The house is even prettier in person. We loved the layout, the views, the comfortable rooms, and the kitchen. The walk to the beach is gorgeous and the beach was awesome. We definitely will come back again! Thank you for opening your home for our quick getaway!

Birthday celebration

The Perfect Retreat!

A lovely home at the center of a quiet community. The space felt private while amenities, like access to the beach, were just outside the door. I was lust the experience that my wife and I were looking for.

Girls weekend- Beautiful Beach Home

This beach home is very beautiful and spacious. We rented it for a girls weekend. Absolutely loved the screened in porch and sunroom. Beds are very comfortable and lots of space for everyone to relax. Kitchen is big and very well stocked. Beautiful home right on the golf course, very private, close to beach, clubhouse, pool, restaurants, all the amenities.. The home was very clean and well maintained. Great girls weekend, I cant wait to bring my family back too. We will definitely rent this home again!

Web site pic of upstairs bedroom showed bunk beds with one single. However...there were two double beds. Suggest you change pic on we site Overall ...great comfortable house. We left boogie boards..and game for future guests. Suggest you advertise that house has beach chairs and wagon which beach goers will appreciate.

Wonderful spring break away from the crowds

My kids and grandchildren all believe that beaches only have a few families on them. We flew kites, dug in the sand even waded in the waves. The house was perfect for our family. We used the big dining table for games and puzzles and ate in the kitchen. Loved the big bunk beds. Lost power for a few hours one night glad there were lots of battery powered candles so no problem! Love the slow traffic so even the 3 year old could ride her bike. That’s for a great break.

Great Place to Stay

This was perfect for two families enjoying Sea Brook Island together. Plenty of kitchenware to be able to cook multiple meals at home. Plenty of room for adults and kids to do their own thing.

Fabulous house in great location on Seabrook Island

Loved our stay in this well stocked home. Large home with beautiful landscaping and great location to beaches and clubhouse. We rented bikes for the week and were able to bike everywhere on the island and to Freshfields Shopping Village for groceries, shopping and restaurants. We also received amenity cards with our rental, and my daughter and I enjoyed working out at the great fitness facilities at the Lakehouse. And, it’s an easy drive to Charleston for more sightseeing. Seabrook Island is beautiful and quiet, and we saw lots of wildlife too. We look forward to returning in the future.

Wonderful Family Vacay!

Absolutely loved this beautiful home. I loved the layout of the home! Enough room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. I loved the decor from the huge comfy sectional to the dream master bedroom. Very relaxing sitting on the back screened porch in the morning and evenings. Seabrook Island is beautifully landscaped and has something for everyone. We rented bikes and it was so convenient with them being delivered/picked up for us. Riding bikes exploring the island was something we really enjoyed. The playground was great for the kids, although a little hot when we went. My son enjoyed the basketball court and our entire family had the best time at the pool with the convenience of the beach just steps away. The music, food and activities at the pool made it all the more great. At the house, we never found the fire pit, so we assumed they no longer have it. And we were looking forward to playing corn hole with the cool boards they listed, but unfortunately no bags were found to play with so that was kind of a bummer. The garage has a ping pong table but it’s a little dirty/dusty down there as half of it is unfinished, so we stayed upstairs. Other than the one time we grilled out on the grill. Grill worked great but my husband had to give it a good scrubbing first, as the previous renters must not have cleaned it after using. The home had everything we needed. I would have liked a few more bath towels/wash clothes but thankfully there is a washer and dryer. The house was clean and I was satisfied with the cleanliness but do think it’s time for a deep clean to be done. We did have to sweep the sidewalk, front porch and knock several cobwebs down at the front steps/entrance and the kitchen table was very sticky, possibly syrup and needed cleaned. We cleaned it and all was good. Overall our family had a wonderful vacation, loved the home, loved the Island and would definitely stay at Seabrook again, and at this property again!

Week getaway

The house was very clean. In a great location closer to the beach club. Downstairs living room has a great space/setup. Wish it had better kitchen supplies. Sheets were missing for the pullout and Murphy beds. Had hoped new bunk bed mattresses were comfy but my kids wouldn’t sleep on them. Queen and twin had plastic mattress pad covers so they were noisy if you moved.

Beautiful house, ideal location

We enjoyed our time on beautiful Seabrook Island very much. In spite of cooler weather in February than we had anticipated, we were outside each day walking on the beach, visiting local plantations, and touring other historical sites as well as spending some time in Charleston. Our location on Seabrook was close to so many wonderful areas to visit. In addition it was so convenient to have a Harris Teeter Grocery Store, coffee shop, restaurants, and other businesses close by in the Freshfields Village area. We loved the trees with their hanging moss and all the flowering camellias and azaleas. The vegetation on the Island and surrounding area was truly amazing. The house we stayed in was lovely and quite suitable for the four of us who rented it together. We appreciated the ample seating and comfortable furniture in the family room. The bedrooms were nicely furnished with comfortable beds and plenty of drawer and closet space for clothing. We found everything we needed in the kitchen to cook the many meals we enjoyed in the kitchen with our lovely view of the very private backyard facing the golf course. The house was perfect and Seabrook Island is such a desirable area to visit.

Perfect place for our annual girls weekend!

I rented this house for a girls weekend. It was perfect! We all loved the house, and especially sitting outside on the screened in porch. We would come again! Love the location!

Spacious home on a private lot in a fabulous location! It's an easy and beautiful bike ride to both beaches or the Beach Club pool. We especially loved relaxing in the screened porch and sun room. Had a wonderful time!

Peaceful, beautiful, clean

This home is a true sanctuary from the business of every day life. Tucked away in the trees, very peaceful and quiet. Convenient to the beach, shops & restaurants. The screened in porch is a perfect place for your morning coffee. Such a wonderful getaway spot! We will definitely return!

Great home, great location, BEST vacation ever!

We absolutely loved our stay at your home. It was gorgeously decorated and had an ideal layout for children and adults. We loved the location, it was close to the beach and had a great pool and clubhouse. The pool also had a great outdoor restaurant and full service poolside bar. Just what we needed when taking a vacation with three small children. Our family absolutely loved the screened porch, backyard, and grill with easy access to the golf course. Seabrook Island was one of the best, most picturesque places we have been with our family, we will certainly be back and hope to stay at your lovely house again.
