Du tror du har scoret en touchdown når du går inn i denne vakre stranden leilighet i Pointe West! "THE EXTRA POINTE" har tre soverom og to komplette bad. Denne ferieboligen er det perfekte stedet for familien din til å nyte en ferie i Pointe West. Den ligger på andre nivå (2 nivåer over parkeringshus) som gjør at du enkelt kan nyte den vakre, uhindret utsikt over stranden fra den lyse og åpne stue / spisestue eller den store balkongen. Lett tilgang til villaen din med en reservert, overdekket parkeringsplass rett over fra heisen for enkel lasting / lossing. En inngjerdet lagringsenhet for alt ditt strandutstyr er rett rundt hjørnet også.

Et fullt utstyrt kjøkken og åpen planløsning gjør det enkelt for familier å lage mat og nyte hverandres selskap samtidig. Flatskjerm-TV, gratis Wi-Fi, oppvaskmaskin og full størrelse vaskemaskin og tørketrommel er også tilgjengelig for bruk i enheten.

Soveplasser inkluderer en king size-seng i master med et klesskap stort nok til å sette opp en pack-n-play, et andre soverom med en queen size-seng, og et tredje soverom med to tvilling-over-fulle køyesenger, ( perfekt for barna!) gjør denne leiligheten ideell for par eller familier med barn som reiser sammen. Din villa ligger bare en kort spasertur til sanddynen, hvor du kan slappe av på den vakre stranden. Strendene ved Pointe West blir rengjort og preparert regelmessig og er langt det beste på øya. Og unikt for Pointe West - Ingen kjøretøy er tillatt på stranden.

Klippe av ettermiddagen med et besøk til vår private Beach Club, hvor du kan dra nytte av alle de tilbudte fasilitetene, inkludert 20.000 kvadratmeter soldekk, et evighetsbasseng, boblebad, barnebasseng, cabanas, griller, en treningssenter, et spillrom og gavebutikk. Det er også en restaurant og bar åpen i høysesongen. På bukta siden av komplekset, er det et annet basseng å nyte med en lat elv.

The home was clean and very welcoming. The complex is great. Our trip was made memorable thanks to Arthur. Our only dissatisfaction was that the ice maker in the refrigerator did not work. We were advised that there would be little to no ice left which was accurate but we tried multiple times to get the ice maker to produce ice which it failed to do. Was it just our operating error. If so, instructions would be nice.

Great Condo

This is a nice place to stay close to the beach. This is 20 miles west of Galveston main tourist part so be aware. The condo is pretty much as described. A few items that I would suggest for the owners to improved on. The master bed was hard as a rock did not get good rest. The balcony door sticks hard probably due to the environment.My biggest complaint is the parking, its tight and person staying at 303 drove an suv that park over the line and my van could not fit. this is because of the pillars that support the building are tight. I believe i was only able to park there twice on a seven day stay. The pools are great the heated one is across the street not convenient but its there. Golf carts they need assigned parking when I was not able to get into my assigned parking I had to go another parking section walk back to my condo because all of the car spaces where taken by golf carts. I would probably stay here again.

Enjoyable trip!!!

The condo was great! Some work to be done with the restaurant services but there is nothing that the condo owner can do about that. If you are coming down plan ahead to take advantage of the wonderfully stocked kitchen. Will stay again for sure!

Clean yet cramped....

The past two 3 -4 years we stayed at the Holiday Inn Signature Villas....much more spacious. The Extra Pointe was clean yet just too small for 8 people! The pictures and amenities were made to look so much larger than they were on line. One bedroom had no closet nor did it even have a rack for hanging clothes!

Great beach property!

We stayed at this same beach property with our 5 grandkids last year and it works so well for us - bunk room for the boys and bedroom for the girls. We love the porch and view of the beach. Pointe West is wonderful to work with and the Beach Club pool is beautiful! We were a little disappointed that the restaurant was still closed and there was no food or drink service but we understand that these things happen. We look forward to coming again!!

Extra Points

Beautiful and very clean. Owner/Management VERY responsive and helpful. It turned out to be just 3 of us. Very relaxing. We had very heavy fog but still enjoyed the weekend at the Beach. Everything we needed was there. The only thing I advise is anyone renting that may have mobility issues needs to be aware that neither bathroom has the grab bars in walk in shower or guest bathroom. You may want to bring a shower chair for the large walk in shower.

Beautiful Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful week at the beach in Galveston at our Extra Pointe stay in the Pointe West resort. The condo was the perfect size for three groups of adults and one toddler, because we all had rooms and places to sit at both the dining table and in the living room. The kitchen and grill amenities made our daily seafood meals a breeze, and the washer and dryer helped with our outdoor activities. I wish we had been able to use the resort amenities more, but so it goes when you take advantage of the off season. One person in our group used the gym routinely, and we enjoyed the hot tub for stargazing. We highly recommend this property! Communication was fast and responsive, and the location couldn’t be beat for having natural views halfway between the Brazoria Wildlife Preserve and downtown Galveston—the best of both worlds.

We had an amazing stay here! The condo was clean, roomy, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was beautiful, and perfect for vacation. The beach here is beautiful. We all enjoyed looking for crabs and watching for wildlife in the dunes. The pool at the main club was so perfect too! Our only complaint there was that there was another large group at the pool who was very loud and rowdy, but no employees around to assist. We were also bummed that the gift shop and restaurant were closed for the season. We can't wait to come back!

Wonderful mini-beach vacation!

Mini-beach vacation with our 5 grandkids ranging from 7 - 15. We had such a good time - the condo was beautiful, well organized and spotlessly clean. There was lots of closet and dresser space, big pantry which helped contain the chaos. Kitchen was well stocked. The property is beautiful, communication with Pointe West was outstanding, staff were all so nice and the pool and club service were really nice. Really happy with our whole experience and we can’t wait to come back!! Just wish we’d had a couple more days!

Great stay with ocean view

Place was comfortable for large extended family. Short walk across pier to the beach or up to the clubhouse and pool. Would definitely stay here again.

The Extra Pointe has all the extra touches to make a comfortable stay for families and friends. The location in perfectly centered for short walks to the beach crossover and beach club amenities. Beach Gem!

Really liked the condo we stayed at. It was clean, cool beach vibe decorations, and had everything we needed to make our family comfortable. I also liked that this condo is in a family friendly area. No cars or trucks allowed on the beach made us feel much safer.

Family vaca

There were 10 of us in our group. It was a little tight with sleeping as the “kids” were actually all adult size but one! We made due with the couches but the 3rd bedroom really only sleeps 4 adult size people, comfortably that is. But the place was beautiful, kitchen worked great and the view was amazing. We enjoyed the beach walks and a little swimming and kayaking (did see a shark kayaking though!! Scary but cool). The beach club was fun but pool a bit cold for March. You are quite a ways from any full grocery (although one pretty nice small one is close by). Galveston itself is a very cool town and we enjoyed shopping and eating there!!
