Great beach condo for a family!

Great ocean views from two balconies

Excellent location in North Coast Village. We loved the beach vibe in the condo with comfy beds like sleeping on a cloud! The grounds are well kept and we appreciated the beautiful landscaping. Pools were clean and there was plenty of beach gear provided. There were kids in the adult only jacuzzi but otherwise it was great. Extra parking was challenging on a busy weekend but we managed and they were very helpful at check in! The carts in the garage was helpful in toting stuff to the condo. More elevators would be on the wishlist but Overall it was 5 out of 5 star stay

We've been making annual visits to Oceanside for the last 20 years, frequently staying in condos at North Coast Village. While all our previous condos in NCV were nice, Unit E-306 was the best yet. Nicely decorated, comfortably furnished, and great ocean views.

Our stay was perfect! Loved the view of the ocean from both patios! We did find the beds way too soft for our liking, but that didn't take away from our experience. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

This was a perfect spot to overlook the ocean despite the daily threat of rain during the week we were there. The view to the ocean and the pier was unobstructed, and it was really easy to get out to the amenities of the resort as well as the downtown restaurant scene. Would absolutely stay here again!

Beach side Luxury - Loved our Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Highly recommend this condo and would love to return. We stayed for four nights and it was perfect. Next time I would enjoy staying for a week. The unit itself was super clean, beautifully decorated in a beach house theme just like the pictures and video, appliances were all new and functioned perfectly. Advertised as no A/C but with the doors open and fan on at the start of June it was perfect and cool. The two balconies gave the best views, one to view the pool, and the other to see the coast and watch surfers and ocean life. I highly recommend the AM & PM market on Thursdays, a short 15 minute walk down the beach get you there. The opposite direction we enjoyed a ten minute walk to the harbor. Everything you could need. As a mom traveling with four teenage girls we felt safe the whole time. The condo development was well maintained and has a great pool, 2 Jacuzzi tubs, beautiful tropical vegetation, koi pond, and a fitness center. The unit includes one garaged parking space. Very happy with our stay!
