We have stayed at this house many times. We love everything about it. The owner is amazing and is quick to help when/if we call. Only good things to say.

This was our second stay here, 3 months. Already booked for next January-March. The house is everything we could ask for and we like the peaceful location.

We love the house and the area. Already booked for next year. One thing that could be improved is the living room couch. It’s well used and the cushions, both backs and seats, don’t offer much support when sitting on them. Other than that, it’s perfect for us.

It was great to have you again this year and we look forward to having you next year. Couch shopping is underway, we should be accepting a delivery with a brand new couch soon. The property had a big fenced in yard and a nice screened in porch for dogs. The house was very clean and well equipped. We didn’t really have beach weather, but the beach was a short walk, two blocks. The property had a ton of beach accessories & an outdoor shower. Master bed was so comfortable. House is very spacious. Would definitely book again!

March getaway

Very clean and nice place to stay. I wish we had been told the bikes were not available (we could have brought ours) and that both local beach accesses were closed due to storm damage. Also: The den and sitting areas need some table lamps; only having overhead lighting makes reading difficult. And the TV system does not allow the viewing of local network channels (NBC, CBS, FOX, ABC). It needs a small digital antenna on one of the sitting area TV's to allow for receiving those channels. Overall a very positive place, and we would definitely come back to stay again.

Thank you for taking such good care of the house during your stay. I appreciate your feedback and will look into making it easier to access local television stations as well as figure out the lighting situation. While the bicycles were out for repair during your stay they will be in excellent working condition the next time you visit. Do know that homeowners and residents are continuing to work with the Town and County to restore beaches after the hurricanes. We hope they are repaired soon for all to enjoy once again.

Snowbirds

This property far exceeded expectations. With lots of room to spread out and spend the winter months, you couldn’t ask for more. There were so many places to walk and observe nature every morning. Close to beach, restaurants, shopping and just relaxing in the home. Deborah was so easy to work with easing any worries we had before arrival. We would love to book this lovely home in the future!

Location with amenities!

Location cannot be beat. Short walk to nature trails and the ocean. Spacious, clean home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Deborah is very kind and responded quickly to email/calls. The house is much larger than it appears in photos. Bikes, beach toys, chairs, etc. You won't be disappointed with your choice to stay here!

Wonderful house and location

The house had a lot more room than anticipated, which was perfect for sharing with friends. It was nicely decorated and very clean. Our only suggestion would be replacing the pans - they were very hard to cook in as everything stuck, even with oil/Pam/butter. We would defintely stay again.

Great House

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. We enjoyed the walk through the nature preserve to the beach. We also appreciated all the beach chairs and boogie boards for the kids. The backyard is really nice too. We would like to come back again in the future. Thank you.

Awesome place for family vacation

Everything looks awesome and we had a great time . The property is amazing. It is even better in person than pictures show. The walk to beach isn’t bad at all and great places to walk our dog each day and property owner had told us about the lighthouse and dog beach right down the road and everything was wonderful. Definitely would stay at property again, it is a great place with lots of room

The Perfect Vacation Home

I cannot say one negative thing about this home in Ponce Inlet, Florida. It is a short 5 minute walk to the beach access. There is no public beach parking, so the beach was quiet and not overly crowded whatsoever. The home itself is quite large on the inside -- the pictures really do not do it justice. There are enough beds to sleep six (and oh my goodness, those beds were SO COMFORTABLE), but there is a large sectional sofa in the living room that could easily sleep three comfortably, plus a second living space in the sunroom. Everything was clean and spotless upon arrival, and there were cute homey touches everywhere. The garage was stocked with bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddleboards and such, and a beach cart and wagon. There was an outdoor hose to make cleaning everything off a breeze. In addition to the perfect home itself, the host was super accommodating and communicative. We want to return every year, because Deborah and her home just made our much-needed family vacation the absolute best. Thank you!!!

Steps from beach

House was awesome, host was great, we felt we were misled about house “being steps from beach” not sure if we will use again being we wanted on the beach. But the size of the house was great. Nicely laid out for a family of 5 ! If u don’t mind driving or a good walk, this is your place! Beautiful home, wish it was on the beach !

FELT LIKE HOME

Our goal in Florida was to visit family that lives in Ponce Inlet, visit the beach, have somewhere to take daily(long) walks with our dogs in a safe and clean environment. This home and neighborhood was all of that and almost felt like home (back in CNY, except with no snow!) Deb was helpful, responsive and understanding with a huge mistake we made! THANK YOU!! We had a stress free, clean, large home with great amenities to make our stay in Ponce wonderful.
