Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize that the shower and mattress did not meet our usual standards during your stay. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. Both the shower has been thoroughly addressed and the mattress has since been replaced to ensure future guests have a much more comfortable experience. Thank you again for your review, and we hope you’ll consider staying with us again in the future so we can provide the five-star experience we strive for.

Stephanie, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review! I’m so glad you enjoyed the beautiful location, great view, and found the condo comfortable. I did notice the 3-star rating and wondered if it might have been selected by mistake, since your messages during the stay were all so positive and it sounded like you were really enjoying your time. Either way, I truly appreciate you staying with us and hope to welcome you back in the future.

Hi Noel, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry your experience didn’t meet your expectations. As a family-friendly beach resort, especially during holiday break, we do welcome many families, and I understand this may not have aligned with the peaceful couples getaway you envisioned. I appreciate you bringing the pool and hot tub concerns to my attention—I’ll address them with the resort team to ensure guest guidelines are properly managed. Cleanliness is a top priority, and I regret that your unit didn’t meet our usual standards. I noted your private comment about towels still having tags; my team has been reminded to wash all new towels before placing them out. I will also check on your comment regarding the floors. I wish you had reached out during your stay so I could have addressed any issues right away and in the moment. I truly value your feedback and hope for the chance to provide a better experience in the future. Best, Marina

Anita, Thank you so much for your feedback. I appreciate you bringing the loose toilet paper holder and stove light to my attention, and I made sure both were addressed immediately. This condo is equipped with several thoughtful upgrades—like the beautiful white kitchen, large mounted TVs, and décor that’s been praised by many previous guests. It also offers a significant value, being 35% less than what the Marriott charges for a comparable stay. Regarding the ceiling fan, it functions perfectly, though I understand there was some difficulty with the remote at first. The high-top set on the balcony is there for practical reasons, as the low-top set would block the view because of the wall to secure the balcony. As for the stove, I want to clarify that I have time-stamped photos showing it was in perfect condition before your stay, and the crack that occurred has since been repaired. My cleaning team thoroughly inspects the property after each check-out, and this incident is the first time I’ve had to file a claim. I understand this may have been frustrating, but I truly wish it hadn’t led to a less positive review, especially after we had communication throughout your stay that said how much you "loved the place". Thank you again for your feedback, and I hope you have many safe and enjoyable travels ahead. Warm regards, Marina
