Ritz-Carlton Singer Island, Palm Beach-Elegant Private Beachfront

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the property did not meet your expectations. As noted in our listing, the unit's size, bed configuration, ground-floor location, and layout are clearly described and illustrated through multiple photos so that guests can make an informed decision before booking. We understand that accommodation preferences vary, and while the space may not have been suitable for your needs, it was accurately represented in the listing. When you contacted us, we carefully reviewed your concerns. However, because the property matched the description provided at the time of booking and remained available for your entire reservation, we were unable to offer a refund outside of the agreed booking terms. We encourage all prospective guests to review the listing details, photos, and amenities carefully to ensure the property is a good fit for their travel needs. We appreciate your stay and wish you the best in your future travels.

Thank you for the kind review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the room and had a smooth check-in and check-out experience. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’ll be sure to pass along your compliments to the wonderful staff at the Ritz. We also appreciate you mentioning the proximity to the lobby and are happy to hear it didn’t take away from your overall stay. We’d love to welcome you back again anytime!

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the beach, the quieter pool area, nearby restaurants, the Norton Art exhibit, and that both the resort staff and host were attentive during your stay. We do apologize that the pool repairs impacted the view from your room. Unfortunately, maintenance projects can occasionally affect certain sightlines and amenities during a stay. We also understand the limited restaurant hours and bedding setup were disappointing for your preferences. While we receive many compliments on the comfort and quality of the bed, we understand that mattress comfort is very subjective and may not suit every guest’s personal preference. Your comments regarding the bed height and pillow options are appreciated and will be shared for future improvements. We’re happy engineering was able to quickly resolve the TV connection issue, and we truly appreciate your understanding. Thank you again for staying with us and for taking the time to share your experience.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We’re so glad you enjoyed the beautiful property, excellent service, beach access, and convenient location near restaurants. We also appreciate you mentioning the unit’s proximity to the lobby and the impact that had on noise levels and outdoor privacy. While we do not often receive complaints regarding lobby noise, we recognize that during busier check-in and check-out times it can occasionally be a factor, especially for first-floor units located near the lobby area. Many guests enjoy the convenience of this location, though we understand it may not be ideal for everyone seeking a quieter or more secluded setting. We truly appreciate your balanced review and are happy to hear your overall experience was a good one. We’d love the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations, especially given the high standards associated with the Ritz-Carlton property. We do appreciate you acknowledging the cleanliness of the unit, as our team works hard to ensure every guest arrives to a spotless space. We understand your concerns regarding the furnishings, bedding, patio setup, and bathroom layout. Comfort preferences can certainly vary from guest to guest, and we regret that the bed height, linens, and towels were not a good fit for you. We will also review your comments regarding the dresser functionality and outdoor furniture with our team as guest feedback is extremely valuable in helping us improve the experience. While many guests enjoy the unit and its amenities, we’re sorry this stay did not provide the level of comfort and value you were expecting. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and will use your comments constructively moving forward.

Thank you for sharing your concerns, and I’m sorry to hear that the air conditioning issue impacted your stay. While HVAC malfunctions are unfortunately something that can occur outside of our direct control, we do take them seriously and addressed the issue as quickly as possible once it was brought to our attention. We also provided assistance during your stay and offered a refund as a gesture of goodwill in recognition of the inconvenience. We understand that comfort is essential, and we regret that this affected your experience. We appreciate your understanding and hope you’ll consider staying with us again in the future so we can provide you with a more seamless visit.

Glad to hear you enjoyed the stay and found the room nice. We appreciate you choosing the property and would be happy to host you again anytime you’re back in the area!
