Poipu Sands # 427 er en luksuriøs leilighet med 2 soverom med 2 store mastersuiter. Begge har tilknyttet komplette bad ved siden av, og hele enheten ble ombygd sommeren 2009 med nytt teppe og møbler installert i januar 2015. Dette er en veldig flott eiendom, med nydelig havutsikt fra Lanai og enhetens indre. Kjøkkenet er fullt oppdatert og tilbyr god plass og fasiliteter.

Private tennisbaner og et stort basseng som aldri er overfylt er bare to av de flotte tingene med Poipu Sands-komplekset. Grand Hyatt Resort and Spa ligger rett øst for eiendommen og er helt nydelig. Mange fine restauranter og ting å gjøre, morgenkaffe, kveldens show og musikk! Happy hour på Lanai og Poipu Bay golfbane i verdensklasse ligger en 5-minutters spasertur unna. Shipwreck Beach ligger like utenfor inngangsdøren og bare en kort spasertur til sandstranden. Poipu Sands # 427 er en romslig og oppdatert 2-roms leilighet som du finner oppfyller alle forventninger til din drømmeferie i Kauai!

Fantastic location, easy process to reserve, check in, door code, and late checkout was a blessing on last day. Access to all things Poipu is fantastic, pool was great, walking paths were easy to access and close by. Would recommend this condo

Excellent. Well stocked, beautiful breeze, great view of the ocean, grills cleaned every day. Clean with all amenities you could ask for. Beach chairs, life vests, boogie board….kitchen cooking spices, oils, etc. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The master sliding door would not open. The front door key combination only worked after 2 tries. The front screen door is hard to open. The kitchen was great and washer-dryier. Pillows were hard.

The check in was flawless and the communication with the host was excellent. They checked in with us a few times during our stay to make sure we were taken care of. The condo was clean and well equipped and the views and the sounds of the ocean from the lanai are amazing

We had such a wonderful stay at Poipu Sands in Kauai! The condo was incredibly well-equipped, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made it easy to relax and enjoy meals in. The bedroom AC units worked well, keeping things cool and comfortable, and the beds were cozy, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep after long days of exploring.One of the best parts of the stay was the location. Being so close to the Grand Hyatt, Shipwreck Beach, and nearby hiking trails made everything feel easily accessible. We especially loved starting our mornings with coffee on the swing benches near the Hyatt watching the sunrise - such a peaceful and beautiful way to begin the day!The scenery around Poipu Sands is absolutely stunning, with lush landscapes and ocean views that make you feel like you’re truly in paradise. Overall, it was a relaxing, convenient, and memorable place to stay, and we would absolutely come back!

Host was very quick at communicating, the unit had everything we needed! You can’t beat the location, we watched the sunrise every morning from the lanai and went for morning walks on the path along the ocean. We highly recommend staying here, great for families or adults thank you!!

We LOVED the location and the amenities and air conditioning. However, the TV/Spectrum would not function, so I left it alone and used rhe ROKU stick we travel with.

Stayed for the Kauai half marathon and had a lovely time. It was very close to the shuttle taking people to the starting line and I was able to make my own breakfast before the race.

Great ocean view with close proximity to Grand Hyatt Kauai

Great place to stay, view was amazing -definitely has a 70’s vibe to it. The couch was very comfortable. Bedrooms could use some updating, Listing says AC but need to read the particulars/fine print as it was just portable AC units in the bedrooms. Beach towels were available to use. Pool was great. Very close to the Grand Hyatt which has great restaurants and amazing beach. Coffe was not provided so make sure you bring your own.

Nice enough, but needs some things

Condo is described as luxury. it’s nice, but luxury it is not. AC is only by portable units in bedrooms only. Bathrooms, kitchen and living area can get warm. Yes, there are ocean breezes if the doors or open, but it was misleading IMO to market it has having AC when the entire unit does not. On a 5 star scale, it is probably more like 3 3/4 stars. Nice, yes. Luxury, not really. The Grand Hyatt next door is where I would stay in the future.

Aloha William, Thank you for the time to leave us your feedback and we have worked to update our listing to being even more clear about the AC situation even though it was already disclosed all this time as AC in bedrooms only. Cooling the middle zone is not practical to its size and electrical limitations. If we could fit two units in the living room/kitchen space it would work as one unit would not be enough but we can't. One day should the building allow wall mounted units we will be first in line! Your feedback about luxury is fair and after further review we have decided to remove that from the listing description. Great location on property, next to Hyatt, so many walking path options to Hyatt, shipwreck beach and poipu beach. Great home base, very comfortable. Management company qas very heloful as well.

Gorgeous place!

We absolutely loved this rental. It was so clean and beautiful with wonderful decor. The view was amazing and the location ideal. There was construction happening during our stay, which we were made aware of beforehand. It wasn't terribly obtrusive but it did get pretty loud. But we still had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.

Construction!

They were re-roofing the building. Over the weekend it was fine. There was a lot of equipment around, but that was ok. Then on Monday there was construction all day! There was loud banging, equipment beeping and debris all over the ground. Also the smell of the port-a-potty was a little overwhelming! I felt while they were doing that building they should not have it rented. It also was disappointing that the whole unit was not air conditioned, only portable a/c units in the bedrooms.

Aloha Barbara, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review but for other potential guests reading this please know Barbara was made aware of the construction situation prior to arrival. We offered all guests during this construction timeframe the ability to cancel with no penalty or to accept a 25% discount if they decided to stay. Construction was outside of our ability to control since it was work on the entire building managed by the HOA. Barbara decided to stay knowing this and unfortunately it was quite invasive as she described. We just installed AC in the bedrooms in July and unfortunately do not have approval from the HOA to install it in the living room due to electrical limitations in the building. For any guests reading this please be advised construction for Building 4 has been completed but there are other buildings left in the surrounding area with a timeline for completion being January of 2025. Wonderful Poipu Condo!

Terrific condo. Well stocked, beautiful ocean views. Close to many great beaches on the south shore. This was our 3rd time staying in this condo and will be back again very soon. Highly recommend!
