That is something we take seriously and are working to improve.We do want to clarify a few points for future guests. We have a 9.6 rating with 95 reviews. The driveway is a concrete drive and is not as steep as described. There is parking for more than five vehicles. The property also has several large hot water heaters, and this is the first time we have received this type of feedback after many stays.We appreciate you sharing your experience and will continue working to make check-in and communication smoother.
