We stayed here for 5 nights at the beginning of June as a family of four. We absolutely loved it! We did 2 days of Legoland, which was very easy to access from our place. The parking was convenient and safe. Walking along the beach became an evening routine for us. We even walked to the train station and took the Coaster train into San Diego one day (highly recommended). There are many conveniently located restaurants in the area which we took advantage of last night, but the rest of the time we cooked at our place to save some money. The kitchen is well set-up for basic cooking with very new looking appliances. The pull out couch was easy and comfortable for the kids. The grounds were beautiful with easy access to pools and hot tubs. Some things could have used an update, but we didn’t mind the rustic charm. Only downside was there was some noisy construction that would start mid morning. This was about the time we were leaving for the day, so it didn’t bother us though. Overall we were very satisfied and plan to come back and visit soon!

The room was clean and the ocean view was great. Don't leave towels hanging on the balcony to dry or you'll get a warning from the property.

A Decent Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a decent experience. The only real let downs were the inconsistent internet and construction noise. This was a work trip so internet access was important. The management company was very responsive and as helpful as they could be. I really did not like that there was no advance notice about the loud construction in a neighbor's unit throughout the duration of our stay. Not the fault of the owner or management company, but definitely a detraction.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect for enjoying a vacation in SoCal! The condo is just a block away from the beach and close to the harbor area. The bed was very comfortable and the layout was great. Living room furniture is older but comfortable. Some of the small appliances could stand to be replaced, but worked, such as the toaster. The complex was well maintained and staff available for any questions. This was a great space from which to explore the area!
