Our condo complex offers the charm of old, original tropical Hawaii, with refreshing breezes that often come from both the mountains and the ocean. To help keep the loft comfortable on warmer nights, we provide extra portable fans and a ceiling fan. I'd like to clarify that the VRBO listing description, specifically paragraph 4, explains that the property includes two full air-conditioned bedrooms and one open-air loft, and photos of these spaces are provided in the listing. We feel fortunate to share our home in this beautiful resort area on the North Shore of Oahu and to offer a space that can make a family stay more affordable. We understand that island-style living may not be right for everyone, and we always encourage guest to review the full description and photos before booking to ensure the property needs their needs. We do apologize for the inconvenience. Both air conditioners are less than a year old and under warranty by the air conditioning company. We notified them immediately and then we reached out to you to let you know about the problem. We added additional fans to help remedy the situation. We did not hear from you during your stay, and we thought that all was well, as some guests enjoy the Hawaii weather. We enjoy hearing the ocean in the evening and the birds singing in the morning. There are two golf courses at the Ritz Carlton, the Palmer and the Fazio. It is clearly stated that the Fazio is still closed in our first page description of the condo at the bottom of the page. Our condo is a blessing to us, and we share it with guest at a fraction of the cost in the Ritz Carlton resort area. We treat it with love and care. You did mention in your first VRBO message that " you all had a wonderful time" and we sincerely hope that you did. God Bless and Aloha
