Excellent location with access to pools, beach, resort restaurants. One of the air conditioners was broken and the owners were able to get it fixed while we were there.

Yes, unfortunately 1 of the 3 AC units in the townhome started to decline, we were able to schedule a repair company out and they were able to replace the unit with a brand new one. The condo wasn't cleaned when we arrived. The listing uses the words luxury and immaculate, sadly that was far from it. There were crumbs on the counters, mildew in the showers, food behind the bed, spider webs and hair stuck to the ceiling. I'm aware that there are little critters that like to make their way into houses, it is the tropics, it's to be expected. However, because of the leftover food from previous residents, there were so many roaches. I contacted the host about the mess, and he sent his cleaner. They didn't to a thorough job, and I had to climb under the bed to clean up the rest of the food. The dishwasher leaked all over the floor when we used it. I contacted the host, and he was aware that the dishwasher had this previous problem. We had seven adults there for the week, and we were provided one full roll of toilet paper and a partial one that was almost empty. The loft that sleeps three doesn't have AC, and the fans don't cool off the space. My review is not to be rude but to inform future bookings. I have pictures and videos to back up the facts.

We are so very sorry for an discomfort you had during your stay. Our crew typically does a stellar job at cleaning and stocking our home. We are sorry someone left a small bag of chips underneath the bunkbed in the loft. We came by and retrieved the bag and cleaned up the chips. We provide plenty of toilet paper and spare rolls are kept in the cupboards in each bathroom. If stock was low we would have been happy to provide more as there are typiclaly additional rolls available. We recently found a small leak from our dishwasher which has been repaired, we are sorry this happened around the time of your stay. Our 2 bedroom home has 3 AC units and additional ceiling fans to help keep the unit cool. We offer additional beds in the loft which allows up to 7 people to stay at one home which saves guests a lot of money. Guests are typically very happy with our home. Our cleaning crew has worked for us for years and apologize if something felll through during your stay. We do our best to make guests happy. We appreciate your feedback and have addressed any concerns with our home and crew. We hope you enjoyed other aspects of the north shore during your stay.. Mahalo.

Perfect place to stay! First off, the north shore is the place to be. Quiet, beautiful beaches, nature. The Moss’s home was perfect for our family of five. We had everything like paper towels, laundry detergent, etc… There are four beach chairs, at least as many boogie boards and many snorkel masks. No need to buy or rent beach equipment. The AC had a tough time reaching the sleeping loft but that’s because of the high ceilings. There are many fans so my boys sleeping there were quite comfortable despite the heat.Plenty of cooking supplies and the Foodlandz grocery story is well equipped. The place is so clean and very well located to get to great beaches.

This property made a great home base for exploring the North Shore. Although the pool closest to the property was closed for repair, there were two other pools we could have used that were in close walking distance and we were enjoying the ocean and our outings too much to even have time to swim in a pool!

Very convenient location for a wedding at Turtle Bay. Peaceful setting on Fazio golf course that looks beautifully maintained, but is not being played by golfers. We only stayed 2 nights so did not have time to make use of the provided ocean water toys, but we enjoyed using the swimming pool right in front of the unit.

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. Everything from communication, cleanliness, and amenities were excellent! The property is minutes from local beaches, and food shopping. The pool is just right outside the front door and very clean! We would definitely come back and stay at this property again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as advertised and the property and location was stunning. We had seven adults in our party and fit very comfortably. There were also boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkel gear and coolers available for use which really enhanced our outings to the beach. We would book again, 100%!!

House was rented for 7 people for 8 days. We had to buy more toilet paper and a beach towel. We also needed more kitchen garbage bags.

Aloha! Glad you all enjoyed your time! We leave out a plethora of paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags which are located in the bathroom and kitchen cabinets. If you needed more we would have been more than happy to swing by and provide more, but we did not hear anything from you. We also provide all sorts of beach towels, chairs, cooler etc, but sometimes guests lose beach towels or leave them in the rental car, but we typicaly have 6-7 beach towels. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.. ALOHAAA!

The townhouse was great for our party of 5! Didn’t need the A/C as there was a lovely breeze. Felt safe in the gated community. Close to food trucks and the beach!

Hard to beat the location of this place. Listing was accurate, short walk to the beach which we made almost every day. Directions getting to the property were easy to follow. Beds were comfortable Was a bummer that power was out when we arrived, but nothing the owner can control there - a huge storm knocked out power for a couple days for a lot of people on the island. It was hard to get messages back about who to contact for outage updates. Place only had 1 paper towel roll and 4 rolls of toilet paper. For a family of 7 for 5 days that was not sufficient. That was out only complaint though, everything else was amazing!

This is a great location for exploring the North Shore and surrounding areas. Beautiful place with the pool out front and golf course in back. Everything was very good, well maintained and fully stocked. The hosts were very helpful in providing needed information.
