We stayed for a weekend and loved the ocean view from the living room and balcony. The apartment was clean, well-stocked with kitchen essentials, pools clean with plenty of seating and shade, has an exit to the ocean. The AC worked great against the humidity, parking was well managed. Communication with the host was smooth. Keep in mind that morning sun hits the balcony hard by noon, so enjoy your coffee early!"

Condo was as described. Bedrooms were nice and roomy. The shower leaked and left water all over the floor. There was no bath mat, no hand towels, or no extra towels. I reached out to the host and more towels to mop the floor were provided the next day.The door to the patio was near impossible to open. You had to use considerable force to pull or shove the door open as it was not on the track. Kitchen was fine. We had one garbage bag for the entire week so we had garbage overflowing on the floor and there was nowhere else on the floor to take it. There were 2 fry pans provided but the Teflon was literally peeling off so they were not safe to use. Oven worked fine but no oven mits provided. The resort pool and amenities were nice. Pool was crowded and the ocean/beach were covered in sargassum seaweed so we were not able to use the ocean much. Host was very responsive when I reached out

The condo was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. The only issues were that the balcony sliding door was extremely difficult to open and made a loud scraping noise, and the floors didn’t seem to be cleaned well since our bare feet became dirty. With those two issues addressed, it would be an excellent place to stay.

The host was very accommodating allowing us to check in early as we were coming from the cruise terminal. It was very challenging to open the sliding glass door. Perhaps some WD-40 would help. The couch was very sticky, like it needs a good cleaning. The beds were the comfiest beds we have ever experienced in a vacation rental. I didn't expect the beach to be ridden with seaweed, like 2 feet of it at the waters edge, making it something our children didn't want to take advantage of. The views from our room were beautiful!

It was a nice condo. However, the cleaning crew had forgotten to clean and change all the beds and place bags in the garbage cans. When we contacted our host, he took care of things immediately.

The condo was very clean and roomy. The view from the balcony was very relaxing as it over looked the grounds, pool, and ocean. The check in process was easy with great directions from the host. The use of the service elevator for luggage and beach chairs was easy to use and right next to the main elevators. The host was easy to get a hold of and very accomodating to meet our needs! Please note there was construction noise from the building across from the balcony on work days. We used both pools and they were wonderful, clean, and refreshing. The beach was easy to get to and from the pool. The fab was easy to use going in and out of the building and the doormen we so kind! We would return again! Thanks Jorge!

This is a very interesting place. Pros: Our host was great and responded very quickly to all questions and concerns! I would give him an 5! Our Specific condo was very nice and newly renovated. Lovely decorations and we liked that there were two beds in the second room as well as a pull out couch! We have a larger family and needed to accommodate 6-7 . This unit did that! The pool was nice and there is easy access to the beach! Cons: the level of security was so high it made us fear we had chosen an unsafe area. Rather than a nice welcoming Front desk, you have to go down a narrow hall to a back office and speak through a glass window. All residents had to wear a wrist band that had to be placed by staff while on camera. Then came the added fees!! Pay for your key fob! And we were forced to purchase 3 despite only wanting one! So there was another 90 We also had to pay for parking PLUS Pay for a parking pass? You do get a 20 dollar deposit back if you turn the pass in upon leaving, but the office was not open 24 hours so we had to make special arrangements for that. There were Warnings all over that you are “on camera”, with 100 fines if you break the rules!?! Just not welcoming at all. Security guards pacing around the pool area, as if we needed to be on our best behavior !? And we had wanted to invite our daughter (that we were meeting in town) up to the condo, but with warnings of additional fines we didn’t. Nice place, lots of rules!

The condo is in a wonderful location and the only security is so tight is to prevent anyone who is not renting at the complex from being able to come in and enjoy its amenities. They are strict with rules but then again rules sometimes need to be enforced to ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience. Jorge

Great owners to work with! Extra costs not expected and/ or not updated in rental agreement. Key fobs to doors non refundable; required 2 at 30 each. Parking pass was refundable at 20 cash. Floors were not very clean on brand new white socks. Owners refunded extra parking charge that wasn’t updated. Beds are super comfortable. Had everything needed for quick out of town place at the beach including beach towels. I would stay here again and recommend to a friend.

A few things popped up here and there like no pack and play and we couldn't find the laundry card. Jorge and Mara were the most gracious and helpful hosts, always replying to our inquiries. We purchased a pack and play from Walmart and a new laundry card from the resort, and they reimbursed us for everything. The condo was clean and beautiful, with amazing views. We would definitely stay again!

Nice condo, but a few cautions

This was generally nice, but a few cautions. Pros: Great view, nicely appointed condo, condo is very large and was bigger than I was expecting, great beach access, condo provided free beach loungers and umbrellas at the beach. Cons: check-in (esp after 5pm) is really bad (you can't get access to the entire property other than the front door of the hotel until you check in after 9am the following morning at which point you need to stand in line and make sure to bring 20 cash if you have a car, checking out is similarly bad); some linens are stained and showing wear, place is mostly clean -but don't look around the edges, laundry is listed in the description -but note that it is not in-unit (and you need to pay), multiple (5) lamps were broken or needed lightbulbs (host offered to provide and then never did).

Beautiful and comfortable condo

This property was exactly as pictured and described. The decor was perfectly designed for the location and space. Details for use and check in were spot on! We loved our stay and will definitely go back. Clean and modern. Loved the theme and no clutter but anything we needed was available.
