Viktor was a great host. Easy communication and thorough on everything needed to check in and out. The condo was great with all things needed. We didn’t want to eat out everyday, so we had everything needed to prepare our food and pack lunches. Also had everything needed for the beach. Would highly recommend.

The property was beautiful and well kept. Easy to get around, the valet was great! The complex staff were all friendly. The view was amazing. Overall, communication with Victor was good, however we or the housing complex did not receive the confirmation for our stay, which delayed us getting into the property over an hour, which would not have been so bad if it was not in the middle of the night. We were told we would be getting some type of refund, however we have not heard back on that yet.

We stayed August 29–September 6 and overall had a pleasant stay. The apartment was very clean, furniture was well maintained, the mattresses were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels for our family of four. We loved the keypad entry and not having to carry keys. The building was also clean, and valet service was smooth overall.Check-in had a 35-minute delay because the front desk had not received confirmation from the host. Once resolved, the door code worked perfectly. The small building key fob is easy to misplace, so a keychain would be helpful. The view from the balcony is def a selling point. It was appreciate every single day! A few improvements would make the stay better. The pillows were VERY flat and should be replaced. The kitchen was not as well equipped as expected as there were no baking sheets (despite being told there were), other than the Pyrex casserole dish, no kitchen scissors, and the Keurig did not work no matter what we tried as we have one at home too. The pool area has no umbrellas, so shade was limited for the kids. For the beach, chairs are provided in the unit, but guests must carry them to and from the beach themselves with no assistance. The chairs are low and we did not find them very comfortable, although that is subjective.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the apartment. A few small updates would make it an even better experience.

Overall very good to excellent. Tight quarters for driveway entrance but was ok. Pool needed cleaning and water cloudy. Condo was nice and clean and well supplied. Beds were comfortable.

Great location to the beach with easy access. Also, walkable to multiple grocery stores and eateries. Very clean and well maintained with a well stocked kitchen for those who like to cook like me. The only negative was the construction that was going on at the build itself, but did not play a huge role in our stay.

Great spot. Easy access to the beach. Nice pool. Wonderful for families. Some difficulty with check in. Only valet parking is available. The building was under construction which caused it to be very loud in our unit and at the pool. We could not use the balcony because of construction.

Great Communication: Viktor was very responsive, clarifying our questions before we booked and addressing any needs during our stay. Construction Noise: the balcony of this condo is open, and the pictures do reflect the ocean view, simple concrete slab. Right outside the unit were workers drilling into the building facade. The entire exterior of the building is being worked on as of April 2026. Lots of drilling and concrete noise right outside the window during the day.Easy check-in: check in like a hotel in the condo lobby, very friendly Front Desk staff. and pay for each fob to navigate around the building. Parking rates are 30 per day as of April 2026. Amenities: the pool deck is very simple, but well kept and clean. The beach is about 100 yard walk through the back gate. Victor has a lot of beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys in the closet of the condo. The building has a small game room with pool table, ping-pong and foosball. We really liked the café on site for coffee and sandwiches.

We had a wonderful stay here with our family of five (2 adults and 3 kids). The location was perfect and made everything so easy for us. We especially loved the easy access to both the pool and the beach, which was ideal with kids.One thing we really appreciated compared to some other condos we’ve stayed in was that we never had to wait long for the elevator, which made getting back and forth with beach bags and kids so much easier.The location near the boardwalk was another huge plus — close to everything while still feeling comfortable and convenient for our family.Overall, a great spot for a family beach trip!

The condo was perfect for what we needed but I wanted to point out a few things. There is construction being done on the building that started promptly at 8:00 and lasted throughout the day. It was loud and woke us up each morning. The building is right on the ocean and the condo includes beach chairs that are located in the dining room closet. There wasn’t a lot of open beach space to set up chairs as the other condos/hotels had loungers and umbrellas set up. We ended up renting lounge chairs daily so we were able to sit near the ocean. Parking is busy! We ended up parking our car/getting it ourselves most days rather than wait for the valet. The condo isn’t truly ocean front. You can see the ocean from the balcony but it is more off to the side. Host was great and communicative and condo had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable! Just wanted to call out a few things for those who might be considering staying here.

No access to balcony, couldn’t see the water at all. Construction going on for almost our entire stay, banging, felt like our room was shaking. Was told we had to move to different floor so construction workers could get in. Was told we would get 45% refunded and only got about 30%. Very disappointing as it would have been a nice place. I liked the gym.

We had a great stay. Viktor was an excellent host with clear and prompt communication. The house was very clean and exactly as pictured, and the location was perfect—an easy walking distance to the public beach. The kitchen was well equipped, and everything we used worked properly. We especially appreciated the Keurig and the fridge with water and ice. Having beach chairs available was a huge bonus. We would happily stay here again.

Please read this unit’s description VERY carefully! The unit itself is nice, but in November 2025 the building this unit is in was under MAJOR exterior construction. Therefore, not only “may” you experience some construction noise from 9am-4:30pm (as stated), but you can EXPECT to experience noise that is so severe that you will not be able to hear your own family AND you may not have access to your patio/deck 24/7 because of the construction. We have NEVER left a negative review, but our family had reservations for 4 nights and we spent less than 24hours in this unit before we knew we needed to find a new place. The construction noise was unacceptable.

Wonderful stay for the price! Condo was clean and the owner is responsive and easy to work with. Could use some minor updates/maintenance but otherwise this condo has the perfect blend between affordable and also directly on the beach. Wifi was very fast and reliable. Would stay again!
