Great cabin but lacking proper cleaning
This was our second stay at this property, but the first time it was under new management. The property itself is awesome but the cabin was filthy. Dirty dishes in the cabinet, unclean pool, and the sofa bed had some kind of brown gunk smeared on it. Reported these issues and was told pool is only cleaned on Tuesdays and Fridays. Issue was reported on a Monday but no one came. Hope the new management doesn't wreck this great cabin.

Superb 1st Cabin Memory for our kids
This was the 1st time our kids stayed in a cabin for vacation. We were in love our first step in. Beautifully decorated and fun mountain bear vibe. There was a drawer in then kitchen with coupon and coupon books which is how we found out about The Island. Cabin is 3 stories, all balcony views were amazing, overlooking mountains, The Island and downtown. Every night we watched the fireworks from Dollywood from our balcony. The house was clean, and Im the mom who brings her own sheets and cleaning supplies. There were a couple of things broken from normal wear or tear but I always take pictures before our stay and notify management, eventhough Im sure they are aware. None of the broken items (pool stick holder, small tear in pooltable cloth, bear decoration in kitchen) interferred with our stay. We spent alot of family time in the media room, watched a movie in the theater seats, played pool and the game machine. The kids spent most of their time in the private pool, hubby and I spent time in the hot tub. All necessaties starter kits were cute and available in the kitchen and all bathrooms. Flat screens in all room, WIFI was actually good. At 1 time, we had 4 electronics going at one time while it stormed. It was well stocked. No paper products like plates and cups...we bought ours when we went groceries shopping. It was fun, safe and an amazing stay!! Kudos to the owners and management. We even stayed an extra day and will be back!! ⛰️🐻🦌😊 5 star, highly recommend!

Our Favorite Cabin
We consider this cabin our home away from home and have stayed here numerous times. We keep returning because it’s extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and we have plenty of room to relax. The view from the top balcony is my favorite part! Also you will not find better hosts than Ralph and Karen as they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is great.

Hands Down The Best Mountain Cabin Experience in Pigeon Forge
Everything about this cabin was perfect. Upon arriving, we were in awe of how well decorated and clean it was. The balcony views are gorgeous and we found this location to be in just the right area of Pigeon Forge for quick access to many things without having to battle through traffic. The heated indoor pool and jacuzzi were a hit for both the adults and kids. The adults enjoyed them significantly more, especially after snowboarding. Owners were very courteous and without a doubt have a 10 out of 10 cabin. My wife decided this is the only place she wants to stay from now on when we come to the area. If you have the chance to stay here, I guarantee you will love it too!

Excellent place for any family!
Extremely clean and wonderful cabin. Great communication with a great view. The pool and hot tub were awesome. The kids loved it and the pool table. Definitely a place anyone should consider at the top of their list.

Wonderful Vacation Home
The beautiful home was everything as described. It was our 10 year wedding anniversary vacation and it was wonderful. We loved the view from the hot tub, especially at night. The pool was at the perfect temperature and the pool table in the theater room was nice while watching NFL on the big screen. The location was close to anything we needed from entertainment to shopping. Good communication between the owners and myself. We pulled into pigeon forge from Kentucky and got a text that the cabin was ready a little earlier then expected, so that was a bonus. I could keep on going about this beautiful cabin….. We will definitely be back. Thanks for sharing that beautiful cabin with us.

This place is perfect! It was very clean. It meet all my expectations. The listing was exactly as described. The host made sure we had all the information we needed and was very responsive to all text. I would definitely recommend this place. Also, the location was excellent close to everything. Just a short visit with my two foster adults and my sister
The cabin is beautiful with lots os space. It has everything as it said. The young men used the pool as me and sister chose not to walk down the stairs. They not only enjoyed the pool but the pool table they enjoyed the most. The cabin is easy to find and close to every thing. We chose not to use the hot tub since it was so hot. The owners contacted to let us know when it was ready. They were very nice in welcoming usto their cabin. I hope to come back and stay longer.

2023 Tennessee Family Vacation
The cabin we stayed for the week lived up to its expectations per the listing and previous reviews. The cabin was bigger than I expected per the pictures online so it was very spacious for my family. We took advantage every night of the hot tub and indoor pool which was a nice way to wind down from all of our activities we did during the day. The owners were always accessible if need be and responded in a very timely manner. They provided great recommendations when it came to places to eat or activities which was very helpful. Our last day, it stormed all day so we took advantage of the movie theater room and we watched several movies which was a great experience for everyone. Overall, we had a great week with great accommodations. The only downfall is it went by so quickly and wished we could of stayed longer :). We would highly recommend this property to friends and family and look forward to returning for vacation in the near future.

Summer Vacation

My favorite cabin
This is my second stay in this cabin & I hope it is the second of many more to come. My husband & I love this cabin, the close proximity to many things to do - yet the secludeness of being away from it all - and the owners are amazing. It is as advertised in the listing & you won’t be disappointed.

Fun little family get away
We had such a great stay at the cabin. I am a clean freak and this cabin was the cleanest place I have ever yet stayed in. I felt at home and was comfortable. The owner was so easy to communicate with; if we needed anything or had any questions he was quick to respond. My two kids loved everything the cabin had to offer especially the hot tub and pool. I would definitely be back in the future to stay at the cabin. Thanks for a fun family vacation and next time we will stay a longer! Thanks!!!!

Buyer beware
You are monitored on video camera at this property. I had more than 6 people. My 75 yr old mother, my husband & myself (55+) my 3 adult kids and their spouses. 2 days before we were left, there was a terrible house fire in our neighborhood. A 8 yr old died as did pets. Fireman took a roughly 10 day old kitten out. After 6 hrs of listening to it cry, I “rescued” it. It had to be fed with a bottle and “manipulated” with a tissue to go potty. I took it to this cabin. IWe stayed one night and recieved a call from management at 8pm the next night informing us police were on their way and we had one hour to vacate the premises. We broke the rules. No more than 6 people and no “pets”. We had been in town moonshine tasting at sugar lands and ole moonshine. We had a 8 hr drive back to Ohio at 8 o’clock at night. While I own the fact that I broke the rules…. The only way they could have known this (especially the kitten) was the fact that they were monitoring us on surveillance cameras! One on the lower level deck by a hot tub!!!! Also… the cabin is no secluded. It’s in a complex of cabins exactly like it. About 5 feet away from each other. There is no yard . And no campfire area. The “indoor pool” was about 6 fr long and 5 ft wide. More or less a big hot tub. The pool table was crammed in to space not big enough to be able to use a pool cue. There were short ones provided, a tip was missing off the end of one… and they kept my money

Beautiful family cabin!
This place was perfect for our little family with 2 littles. The private pool and hot tub are amazing! Its conveniently located, near all the great attractions but you still feel like you're away from thr busy streets. The cabin was clean, TVs worked great, and spacious! There was a slight misunderstanding about the amount of people we had, but the owner was quick to apologize and we had no further issues. You won't regret staying here!

Our favorite place to vacation
City Lights is our favorite cabin to stay in for vacation! We’ve stayed there multiple times because it is always so clean, has comfy beds, the best views of the city lights and mountains, and of course my kids love the pool. As my youngest daughter says if City Lights isn’t available she would rather just stay home than rent any other cabin. It’s that great of a place to stay!!

We wanted to join this wonderful community in a newly custom built luxury cabin with the best of both worlds. Close to the city and far enough away for peace and quiet. With both views of the Parkway and mountains! Home theater with row seating, Xfinity cable on all 4 televisions, regulation pool table, Atari video game(s), outdoor hot tub, 2 indoor jaccuzi's and our very own heated indoor private pool too! It will one day be the home we retire in!

3 beautiful decks with gorgeous views!! BRAND NEW CABIN! Recently completed and listed. Beautiful home theater with big screen television and dvd player, 2 indoor jaccuzi tubs, an outdoor hot tub, with an indoor heated pool! Enjoy the outdoor community pool in the summer time as well! Quiet, small, family oriented community. Close proximity to all attractions, restaurants, and Dollywood. Fireworks can be seen nightly on all 3 decks in summer from Dollywood!!
