Velkommen til Sandy Dunes! Denne vakkert renoverte leiligheten i 3. etasje tilbyr pusten med utsikt over Mexicogolfen, Padre-sjøen og en privat fiskeplass for å dra nytte av under oppholdet. Denne kystnære leiligheten sover opp til fire etter en lang dag på stranden, beleilig plassert bare ett kvartal fra Whitecap Beach. Lag nye minner med venner og familie på din private balkong, peering over sanddynene til havet og se solen gå ned. Lounge inne med døren åpen, hør på bølgene, og følg sjøbrisen på ansiktet ditt. Denne stranden hjemmefra inneholder et fullt utstyrt kjøkken, vaskemaskin og tørketrommel, privat Wi-Fi og en reservert parkeringsplass.

COMPLEX / COMMUNITY
Beach Club-komplekset tilbyr en imponerende liste over fasiliteter, inkludert: et treningssenter på 800 kvadratfot, tørrbastu, piknikområder og grillgrill. Det krystallklare bassenget er flott å nyte når som helst på året fordi det er oppvarmet. Beach Clubs private dam er også et flott sted å fange et par fisk med de små. Komplekset har sin egen WiFi tilgjengelig i forretningssenteret, lysthus og bassengområde. Det er beleilig plassert restauranter og nærbutikker i nærheten, og den nye Schlitterbahn vannparken er en kort kjøretur nede. Reviewer Comments: The place was very well organized and comfortable. Great view from the third floor. Pool was a bit crowded, but it was also summer. Just a short drive to mustang island state park, which is much quieter than other parts of the beach.

Comfy little place
This condo was very comfortable and had a good location. The bed was actually comfortable and the kids didn’t mind the fold out couch. The balcony had a decent view. The proximity to the pool and fitness center was nice. My only suggestion for this place is to get an actual additional nightstand for the bedroom-my husband slept on the side with the nightstand which left me with nowhere to sit my things overnight-I ended up having to use a chair from the dining table during the night next to my side of the bed. Other than that we had no issues and enjoyed our time there.

Great Get Away
The Coastal Chic Condo was everything they said and more. We enjoyed watching the waves in the morning while drinking our coffees from the balcony. Walking to the beach and enjoying the pool. We will be back as soon as we can. Thank you for meeting our needs. We always enjoy booking our stays through Padre Escapes. Highly recommend both the condo and Padre Escapes.

Beach Club condo
The condo was exactly as pictured. It was perfect for our weekend getaway to attend a wedding in Corpus Christi. The location was great as it was a short walk to the beach and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the waves throughout the day. The assigned parking spot was close to the building entrance for easy loading/unloading. Check in/out was easy as well. Only wish we could have stayed longer. My only disappointment was the low water pressure in the shower.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my 3rd time renting a condo at this location. This was the first time in the Sandy Dunes unit. This unit is on the 3rd floor with amazing views. My condo was very clean. The ease of renting with Padre Escapes was great. The unit has a washer and dryer which I absolutely love so when I get home all I have to do is unpack my laundry was already done. The condos location is ultimately the best; walking distance to the beach, restaurants and convenient store. This was the first time using the hot tub and it was fantastic since the weather was a little cooler. This is my only destination when coming to Corpus Christi/ Padre Island.

Just a short walk. The beach can also be seen from the balcony where we spent every evening. The condo is decorated nicely and was very clean. Being there for the fourth of July week was nice. It was quiet inside the condo. Never heard neighbors. Everything in the condo worked well. The AC kept us cool. Their was nothing I was unhappy about at all. The description of the property is just as it says. I would definitely stay there again.

Quiet and peaceful getaway

Meeting Desired Expectations
We enjoyed the location, cleanliness, instructions left throughout the entire process. It was precisely what pictures, location and description stated. The beach was very close and accessible and the condo very clean. We enjoyed our stay so much, we extended another day. Only glitch was the door access code after that extension left me locked out, but rental team had me back in the unit quickly. Things travelers should know: 3rd floor steps will be physically demanding for some; mattress of master bedroom is very noisy; patio door very hard to open/close Huge Plus: very close to beach; very clean with provided linens and supplies to clean; very nice AC!

Fun place!
I enjoyed staying at this condo. Very clean, very neat, close to the beach and with a great balcony offering distant beach views. Property manager was very quick to assist with a minor issue with patio door. My boys enjoyed the fast internet too, Thank you! Mario.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment is beautifully decorated, it has a lovely balcony where you can see the ocean at a distance. The beach is walkable distance and several National Parks (and wonderful beaches) are within short driving distance (as well as nice restaurants and a great coffee shop). There is not real grocery store in North padre -only CVS and Stripes stores, I would recommend to either bring groceries and cleaning supplies (dishwasher and laundry detergent, trashcan bags etc.) with you or buy them in Corpus C (they will provide you with some supplies for the first days). The Management company was prompt at replying a question I had.

The pond next to us was great we caught quite a few fish and of course released them. The pool also was in close distance from our room. We had such a great stay we are still talking about it a month later and very affordable too!! I called to the front desk twice for some questions and they were so nice and very helpful.

It was such a nice place to stay nothing bad about it but the fact that we booked it on the 3rd floor. Taking everything up and bringing everything down was the only bad thing and that was on us but the condo was in a great spot easy to get to pool access and we were even able to fish in the pond in the property. We will definitely be using this place again.

Other than that it was a great experience.

Would Definitely Stay Again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was cute, clean, and close to the beach. We loved the king sized mattress which you don't find often in rentals! The only negative was the mattress itself was so noisy we found it hard to sleep. If one of us turned over or got up to use the bathroom, the other woke up! We loved the view! We also liked that we couldn't hear our neighbors inside the unit! There are a LOT of stairs and they're not for the weak! Carrying luggage and groceries up wasn't the easiest but it was doable. We would definitely stay again!

Reviewer Comments: The property was clean and in fair condition, had some issues with the AC on it's last legs and very loud, could not be fixed while we were there along with no down spout on the outside deck, very loud throughout the night with heavy rain. There were some other minor malfunctions in the unit but not bad the views were great and the furnishing were beautiful. Enjoyed the pool, better beach location a few miles down the road. Was not impressed with the management team.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great condo. Stayed for 2 months while working. Very clean when we arrived. Kitchen was fully stocked to cook. Bed in pull out couch was pretty comfortable for a couch bed. Air conditioning worked great, if a bit loud. Loved the balcony, nice breezes through the palm trees and blackbirds chirping while I worked all day. Wifi was good and fast. Full set of cable TV was nice too. Heated pool and hot tub were great and exercise room was quite nice too. Padres Escapes were really good, we needed to have a bunch of packages delivered and since we technically didn't have access to the mailbox we had them sent to Padres Escapes and they were always friendly and willing to accept. My only complaint is frankly, I didn't like Padre Island! I disliked the free for all driving on the beach and it was crazy on weekends on the beach. There's basically nowhere to go if you just want to walk out without your vehicle (the one area was usually under water). It's also crazy windy on the island.8th windiest place in the country apparently. These 2 things kinda ruined it for me. But I might be alone on this, everyone seems to love it here.I was pretty worried the condo would be loud but I was pleasantly surprised. During the week it was very quiet and on weekends when people came streaming in it was still pretty quiet. Never had any major noise issues.
