Nice location

Location is great and it was nice to have two parking spots. We were quite disappointed with the state of the condo but the owner communication was quick and she made helpful adjustments.

Family Vacation

The property/condo was perfect for our family. It was very clean and welcoming. When we walked in we felt right at home. Located right on the beach and we'd recommend this property/condo to everyone. The host was gracious, thoughtful and very responsive and accommodating. And last but not least, the view was top notch - Amazing!!

Great location

Our first time staying at this specific condo at one seagrove. So far this was the best one. Great views from the 20th floor and property was very clean and updated. Beds were comfortable and kids loved the bunk beds. Condo needs a bit of maintenance but other than that it was perfect.

Perfect 30a condo with a great view

Wonderful location. The view was unbelievable! Being up so high gave us a wonderful view. The condo is clean, well maintained and has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. The teenagers loved the room with bunks. Check in was easy. There was always someone at the front desk.

Very nice place

Views are incredible. NIce furniture on the balcony. The second bedroom which we didn't use was uniquely furnished so allow for more than two children. Excellent communication with owner.

Wonderful spot

It was the perfect spot to rest and re charge. My only surprise (and this in no way reflects on the condo itself because they have no control over it) is the fact that due to beach regulation changes there is no way to rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach itself. I did appreciate that she had chairs in the condo for our use as we did not bring our own because we always rent.

Views Like a cruise ship

Being on the 20th floor means you see the ocean as if you were on the cruise ship without the nuisance of motion sickness. Perfect! Also loved the fact it had an actual shower in the bathroom

Great Get-Away on 30A

This property was perfectly located near some of the best beach towns. Its location was only topped by the fabulous view and access to a beautiful beach. The condo was clean and quiet, being only one of two units on the floor. The only downside was only one elevator in use while the other was being replaced. Overall, a great stay.

Ok place to stay.

Wouldn’t stay here again but it’s not a terrible place . I don’t feel like it has an accurate description as it’s not updated like it says and many of the appliances need to be replaced as well as the couch . Also it wasn’t very clean when we got there and there was sand everywhere. The view from the balcony and the location of the condo was the only great things about it .

Great condo- Amazing views!

This was my first time staying in a condo that faces the ocean. And at 20 floors up, it looks amazing! Place is very cozy and beautiful. Only two condos on this floor and we were the only ones staying on the 20th floor. Beach crew was very helpful. We used their services everyday we were there and it was worth it. Lots to do in the area. You can drive or walk. We would definitely come back. Management team and owner very responsive. I highly recommend giving this place a stay.

Seagrove Place

My family and I returned Debbie's unit last minute to visit some friends during the long MLK weekend in January. The condo is centrally located on 30A, it is less than 1.5 miles from Seaside. Debbie was a great host and very responsive to text. The view was incredible and we will definitely be back soon.

Beautiful View

This was one of our family’s best vacations! We can’t wait to head back for fall break. We love this location with all of our favorite things within walking distance. This was our first stay at One Seagrove Place. We were blown away by the views. Communication with the host was wonderful. Any time I texted, I received a response within a reasonable time. Upon arrival, we did notice the cleanliness of the condo was not great, and we did wash towels and dishes before using them. Our family doesn’t head to the beach to sit in a condo, so we loved being able to walk straight out to the beach.

Awsome location but need upgrades

This property is a awesome location. One of the downfall was when we walked in it smell of mildew we had to go buy scented candles to hide the strong smell. The stove was very old and some of the burners did not work so you were very limited on cooking. You could only fit 3 people on the sofa which was not comfortable and the 2 chairs were worse. If we would have know this we would have looked at another listing in the same building. If there was some up grades I would come back again. ha

Just what we needed!

This beachfront condo is exactly as advertised but even cuter in person. There is room for more than two but it was just us and it was cozy! The view is amazing from the 20th floor and private as you are only one of two condos on that floor. You can watch sunrise and sunsets! The beach is a quick trip down the elevator and across the walkway. It is within walking distance to restaurants and very short drives to others and the adorable “central square” in Seaside!I love that little town! Debbie is so nice and very helpful! Check in was easy- you arrive with info needed to just go straight there! I cannot wait to return.

Makes me question if I will come back. I paid $250 cleaning fee and I did the cleaning.

Every year (for the past 15 years) I have stayed at One Seagrove Place. Every stay with the exception of this trip has been excellent. There were problems from the get go. The ice machine didn’t work so there was no ice. The refrigerator froze anything that was stored at the bottom shelves. We threw away a lot of food. The dishes were filthy. Some of the glasses had coffee stains and lipstick marks. The floor was dirty. We spent the first part of the day cleaning. The furniture was old, uncomfortable and dirty. There were no dressers in either bedroom. had to change the pillow cases on the bed because they had dirt and mascara on them. The towel rack in the master bath kept falling off the wall and the grab bar in the second bathroom was loose. The doors to the balcony were very hard to open & close. Last but not least , the elevator was broken one evening.

Truly Spectacular View; Average Unit & Property

I’ve stayed in Seagrove dozens of times but never One Seagrove Place. I was disappointed to realize that the beach in front of it is public and was quite crowded in summer peak. There building is undergoing some updates which look like will be great. The units view is absolutely spectacular and it was very nice being one of the only two units on the floor. We could hear our upstairs neighbors a few times, but it was generally quiet. The unit was in good condition. The kitchen is incredibly small and really only fits one person. Cooking was possible but not easy. It is packed with small appliances and tools, but many of them are quite old and could probably use an edit. The bed configuration in the kids room was a very clever use of space but the top bunk is for a very small person. The living area is fairly comfortable. The couch has probably seen better days and many guests although it says the TVs are smart TVs, I would recommend bringing your own Roku or device. The only apps available were Netflix, and a few I haven’t heard of we were not able to download prime, Hulu, or our other go-tos. Also be patient with the remotes when changing channels. The owner had 2 chairs available for guests if you want to lighten your load for packing. Owner communication was great - she was even able to let us in a tad early. Because of the public beach, we would not stay at this property again, but I hope that this review helps you plan your stay.

Needs repairs

Beds and pillows were SUPER comfortable. Washer and dryer worked GREAT! LOVED having beach chairs to use and nice patio! BEST water pressure in the shower, compared with other condos we’ve stayed at. However, for a completely renovated condo, there were several things that needed repairs. Two overhead sprinklers did not have Sheetrock/facial around them, 2 recessed lights were hanging from the ceiling, spare bath towel holder was off the wall, toilet paper holder was slanted and wouldn’t hold toilet paper, the mirrored doors in the master bedroom were crocked/off the track/didnt slide, the ceiling fan in the spare room couldn’t be used because it was not flush with the ceiling and rocked back and forth creating too much noise, but the worst of the cosmetic issues was the spare bedroom door - the top hinge was either not screwed in all the way or was stripped out from the wall because it was loose causing the door to hang at a slant and not close all the way unless you lifted up on the handle to realign the door (but then the kids could not get out). Need shelves in the bathroom (could add behind the toilet or in the recessed area). Needs a dust pan and larger kitchen trash can. Overall, fabulous stay and great place!
