The location and hotel itself is nice. The room is fine too except it was missing basic needs. For instance, there was no trash can in the bathroom or the sink outside of the bathroom (toilet and shower are in a room and the sink and vanity/mirror is just outside of it). Anyway, there was no trash can so if you wanted or needed to throw anything away, you had to throw it in the kitchen trash. Also, that very sink outside the toilet room didn’t work, you turn it on and just a drop of water comes out so brushing your teeth and washing hands was done in the kitchen. The shower made such a loud annoying sound. So loud it woke me up when my dad showered. Lastly, when you check in, they give you two sets of keys. Each set had a key for the screen door and the actual door. Well, only one set actually worked. The other one only opens up the outside door. We told front desk and they sent maintenance and he couldn’t figure out what was wrong so he said they would call a locksmith. Which they never showed up in our stay.
Other than that, the room was fine. Decorations is very outdated, my aunt had the same room in building W and there’s was much more modern and nicer. The kitchen was well equipped. Wish they had stuff for the beach though. I’ve rented at Las Palomas before and the room has beach towels, chairs, tents, etc. This room doesn’t have that and if you want a towel for the beach or pool, you have to rent it from concierge downstairs. Oh, and they’re only open 9-5. Otherwise take your own
