Nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, 2 blocks from the beach and 1 block from the 12,000 sq ft lagoon pool, you'll find this charming vacation rental residence. This home is a short 5 minute walk to the sugar white sand beaches, and just steps away from local dining, shopping, activities and playgrounds. The neighborhood is vary quaint, with a streetscape that includes large palm trees, gravel walkways, 1.3 miles of unmarked nature trails and large grassy common areas where kids can play! From the large wraparound first floor porch, and porches off the 2nd floor bedrooms and 3rd floor bunk room, guests will enjoy all of the sights and sounds of this beautiful beach community.

TennesSea River features three bright bedrooms and bunk loft with 2 bunk beds on the third floor. It really is the ideal place for entertaining, making it the spot for family fun or a beach reunion. The moment you come up the large front porch stairs you’ll feel like your vacation has begun. Simple, natural colors and textures abound. The hardwood floors compliment the clean white wall and canvas covered chairs and sofa. A well equipped open-floor plan kitchen looks out over granite countertops to the living room and has plenty of space to prepare your seafood feast! The interior benefits from multiple windows that provide ample light as well as a large flat screen TV. Colorful pillows adorn the dining room chairs while five very functional metal stools sit at the counter perfect for a quick breakfast before you run down to the shore.

All of the bedrooms are decorated with natural white hues and bright colorful elements. The first-floor full bath serves both the living area and the bedroom. The bedroom here has a queen bed and an accent wall painted in a vibrant sea foam green. The laundry room here has a full sized washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board. Outback there are two more parking spots with a covered walkway.

Upstairs you’ll find the second and master bedrooms. The vibrant yellow room has a large king size bed, while the inviting strawberry mango bedroom also houses a cozy king. Both rooms feature large flat-screen TVs, DVD players, en suite bathrooms, and spacious, private balconies with chairs to enjoy the sun or cool breezes at night. The master bedroom has a sitting area and bath featuring a glass-enclosed shower, double sinks, and a big tub all to help make getting ready for a fun day at the beach easy!

On the third floor, there are two bunk beds and a great outdoor area to catch a beautiful sunset or views of Seacrest and Alys Beach. The bunk loft is bathed in light as it sits high among the rooftops of Seacrest Beach. Modern touches keep the vibe fresh and the mood beachy, and that’s something you can say for the whole house!

Additional features include a Keurig coffee maker (standard drip coffee maker provided as well), Pack N Play, 2 child safety gates, child proof safety doorknob covers, cabinet latches and electrical outlet covers. There is also 24-hour onsite security your added protection.
