Please inquire about our special rate. No reservation is needed, but we do recommend arriving early at the resort to ensure availability. Please note that the maximum occupancy for this condo is strictly limited to 6 guests. Exceeding this limit will result in denied check-in. Daytime visitors are welcome, provided the maximum occupancy is not surpassed. Violation of this rule will incur a $250 USD fine.

We kindly remind you that pets are NOT allowed on this property, If you are planning to travel with your pet or service dog please let us know, and we will be happy to find a place for you, last-minute arriving pets won't be allowed on the property.

In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.

We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.
