Perfect getaway for friends and family
The house was beautiful, well equipped, very spacious so everyone could spread out. View was amazing, short walk to the beach and close to everything. We did a day in Savannah, a day in Charleston, 2 pool/beach days, bike day and a golf day. Great vacation

Ladies Tennis Trip
This house was amazing! Great communication from the very beginning. She made this process extremely easy. The house was well stocked & clean. What a beautiful setting. It sits on a lagoon with an incredible pool. We used the grill to grill out one night. Lots of space for everyone. A short walk to the beach and close to many good restaurants. We will definitely be back! Thanks for everything!

Beautiful Hilton Head home.
We have stayed at 12 Full Sweep for our vacation for a couple of years now. The home is really a home! It is beautiful, restful and immaculately clean! Joanna is a wonderful owner—— she is very responsive to questions, is very helpful with suggestions of where to visit, etc. and has a very helpful note book with information about the home, local attractions, and restaurants. It is very obvious that she takes great pride and joy in her home. It is truly a pleasure to deal with her and to be able to stay at this home. We look forward to returning to 12 Full Sweep as it is our number 1 choice for our vacations!

Wonderful family trip
This place has it all. The home is spacious and centrally located as well as well-equipped for time at the pool, in the canal, or at the beach. We enjoyed every minute of our family celebration and the home was a massive contributor to a successful trip. Joanna was extremely accessible and communicative from initial booking through check-in and check-out. She is proactive in her outreach and is an extremely accommodative, thoughtful host. We hope to be back soon.

Amazing home
The home was clean and the owner was extremely responsive. The house was close to the beach and had everything in it needed to make meals at home. Will definitely be back!
