Beach condo
Rating Details:
The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The pool restrooms weren’t much better than a roadside gas station, with the doors sticking and not closing, peeling paint and no soap. The ladies in the front office are curt, and terribly unhelpful. There was a gentlemen in the evening who was kind in the front office. The condo we were in did not have strong AC and the bathroom smelled of mold. The bed was comfortable and the linens felt and looked very clean. The TV in the bedroom had extremely limited channels and a poor connection. The elevators smelled bad and were very hot and always had wet floors. At the surface the condo was clean, but, if you pay attention the grout and corners of the room and floor have built up grime. The unit could use a solid deep cleaning/steam cleaning and someone should look into the mold smell in the bathroom. I would recommend only if clients understand it’s the beach access you’re paying for, and the view. If this condo were not on the beach there’s no way I would recommend it to anyone. The ice bucket was broken on the bottom and we didn’t know that so the ice melted and leaked out all over the kitchen counter tops. Will return to the area maybe will stay again at Beacher’s Lodge this was our 5th stay at the lodge but first time in this unit. I’ve stayed in bronze, silver and gold, and honestly there’s not much difference between the three levels this was our first Gold Stay. Will probably not book gold again because the room was just not that much better. The leather furniture was nice but it’s wearing out and has some uncomfortable spots on the couch where it’s been worn down.
