We have furnished your apartment to compete with the 5 star hotels in the region. We want visitors to have a 'home' when they come to our city - So after a full day of activities, you have your own space to unwind and relax.

There is hot water, a modern shower, two toilets and very clean and comfortable throughout.

The entrance to the city's best shopping mall, Parc Arboleda, is right outside the apartment. Conveniently, this is also the entrance for the large grocery store called 'Exito' so that is very handy for food and drink supplies for your stay. This entrance also has the taxi rank, so you can jump in a cab right at the entrance of your apartment.

The apartment is on the ground level. So no elevators or stairs to contend with. Once you enter the complex, there is an open atrium between the two apartment buildings - this is all common space that you can use. There is a patio area surrounding our apartment in the corner that no-one ever uses, so it's an additional area for you to enjoy if you want to sit outside.

Either myself or my wife will be contactable throughout your stay. So if you need help with anything, whether it's an issue with your apartment, information on what to see and do, any translation help. We live very close-by, a 3 min drive. Far enough to leave you alone, yet near enough to be there in a flash for any issues.

You are right in heart of all the action. Circunvalar is residential, but over the last 10 years or so it has become the 'place to be' in the city and now all of the best bars and restaurants are here. You can safely walk around in the day or night.

You can walk anywhere in the city from the apartment. The main entertainment area is called Circunvalar, which is a long street Carerra 13 on the map), and popular during the day, night and early hours - It is one street back from the apartment. Heading along Circunvalar towards the center (El Centro) you can be there on foot within 15 mins or less. Here you will find many shops, business, small parks and squares, fresh fruits, Colombian street food, and all the hustle and bustle of any regular city center. Personally, I love walking through the city, grabbing a coffee and weaving in and out of the people. It's safe, lively and the place to go to grab your gifts.

Only guests on the reservation will be permitted entry by the security. If a guest wants to invite friends or family into the apartment as visitors, then this needs approval prior to their arrival. Overnight stays of visitors is not permitted, only guests detailed in the reservation.

Pets are no longer allowed due to previous damage and excessive cleaning. This includes any emotional support animal. Any evidence or reporting of a pet in our apartment, will be in violation of the rules and we will enforce a $500 fine and immediate eviction. We are animal lovers, and have dogs ourselves, but unfortunately we have had irresponsible guests that have reluctantly forced this new rule as of December 2023 onwards.
