Spring Getaway at the "Gardenia" Suite - Hot tub & lake access!

Come enjoy the spring weather in a large portion of the inside of The Magnolia House on Weiss Lake. Just get away and relax, come to fish, hike, swim, or play. Surrounded by beautiful acreage, woods, and BREATHTAKING unrestricted lake views! Play corn hole, life size chess/checkers, take a dip in the pool, play in the sand area or on the playground, make some delicious food on the grill, cozy up by the fire pit and roast some s'mores, swim or kayak in the cleanest water on Weiss Lake, watch AMAZING sunsets from the dock!

This is a full kitchen inside and old historic home. The home is broken up into a couple units so you may hear people walking or hear voices in some areas. The 150 year old floors squeak in places too. That adds to the charm and excitement of staying in an old home but it is not for everyone. Just want you to know before you book. :-) You are not renting the entire house; this unit is the entire main floor and an en suite bedroom upstairs. The upstairs foyer has two other doors that are locked from both sides for privacy . You can hear voices in the hall if people are talking but the bedrooms seem to have more privacy inside. Nothing is sound proof in this house so it is kinda like a B&B without the breakfast.

Have boats or watercraft of your own? Bring them! We have a boat ramp right onsite and plenty of room for your trailers, as well as docking. Play volleyball, corn hole, Beersbie, ladder golf, giant Jenga or just play in the cleanest, coolest water on the lake. The water comes right out of the mountains and dumps right at our feet. Great fishing as well in season. We are actually in one of the best areas to fish, right near Little River and Spring Creek! Eat s'mores by the campfire at the beach and watch AMAZING sunsets! String Light courtyard, privacy, and plenty of room to stretch out! SO much to do!

Close to Pirate's Bay (water park), DeSoto Falls, Cherokee Rock Village, Little River Canyon, Orbitz Glassblowing, snow skiing, horseback riding, endless trails, rappelling, caving and ziplining. We are in the ABC triangle meaning we are an hour & a half from the Atlanta, Birmingham, & Chattanooga Airports.

The views are incredible and the house has 1870 charm mixed with 21st century décor and conveniences. Breathtaking views of the lake and lawns and you can even see how the sunset pours colors into the house at "golden hour". We also have LOTS of stars, it just gets better & better!

3. Inside find a huge commercial-style kitchen and a giant table to eat and lots of seating for everyone.

6. Brand new Game Room with arcade games (Ms. Pacman, Galaga, Mini Paw - Patrol), Ping-Pong, Pool table, Ski ball, arcade Basketball, and 2 TV's.

7. The backyard is jaw dropping. Covered pavilion with brand new stone floor, multiple conversation areas and dining alfresco. Turn on the string lights for visual effect or light the propane fire pit and see the stars. 

8. Brand new Outdoor Kitchen with a large propane grill, sink, refrigerator, and plenty of counter space! **Propane Provided.

Traveling in a group? On same property we have a 4 bedroom that sleeps 13, a studio apartment that sleeps 6 and a 2 bedroom inside the same house that sleeps 6.

**The lake level does go down a few feet in late fall through early spring and may affect boat launch, dock usage, watersports or lake views.
***The twin metal bunk beds have a weight limit of 220lbs upper and lower.

*****There is a community pool next door available to Magnolia guests. It is Seasonal Memorial Day-Early Fall but lenient off-season. This is a community pool and subject to possible intermittent pockets of unavailability due to potential privately booked events. Please do not book this property solely because of this pool. Not anticipating too much unavailability but want to disclose properly. Mostly Saturdays (if at all) anticipated and an occasional Sunday.
