Surrounded by Sangiovese vineyards and ancient olive groves, Casino de Sala is a small picturesque farm within walking distance of Panzano in Chianti. The property produces an excellent Sangiovese wine and an award-winning olive oil, which can be purchased on site from the owner who is an expert in oil producing and a certified taster. Tastings are available on request.Casino de Sala features three fully renovated stone cottages. Each cottage has an outdoor terrace equipped with a large umbrella, sunning and eating area.

All three cottages must be rented together and as a whole sleep 6 guests.
three more beautiful bedrooms with bathroom en suite can be rented in the main building.

Guests are invited to swim in the property’s large negative-edge pool with breathtaking views of the valleys below. There is a large shaded area with outdoor living space with pool bathroom and changing room.

Each cottage features king-sized beds, renovated full bathrooms and kitchenettes for breakfast and light meals. Attached to the main villa with a separate entrance is a large elegantly furnished living and dining area with a professional kitchen for guests to use for group meals.

For additional guests there is one available bedroom in the main villa with a separate garden entrance, king-size bed and full bath as well as a convenient coffee maker.

The owners of this unique farm live on the property and have two friendly dogs.

Rental for the 3 cottages is Euro 7000 weekly. The additional charge for the bedroom used in the main house villa is Euro 1200 weekly. Rental includes the exclusive use of this beautiful gated property and pool, the large kitchen dining area for group meals, and onsite parking. There is a final cleaning of Euro 400 for the three cottages. Air conditioning and/or heating of all cottages is Euro 450. Free wi-fi on the premises. Fitness room available at your own risk.
This property is not suitable for small children. Pets are not allowed. No smoking

We stayed with our family of 5 (parents and children 22, 20 and 14 years of age) in Casino de Sala with Cluadia and Arnaldo.
We have never had such a warm welcome and pleasant stay. It was like staying with your parents or good friends.

There are three separate cottages on this beautifully located property that have their own cooking facilities, but you also have your own very big kitchen with all appliances you need. The infinity pool is beautiful and very big. From the pool, you overlook a real typical Tuscany scenery and there is a little bar near the pool.

Claudia and Arnaldo have three very nice dogs. Our children loved them and played a lot with these dogs. Last but not least, Claudia and Arnaldo have a very sweet housekeeper, Teresa, which also looks after your family in a very sweet way.

Do not miss out on the very nice red wine and olive oil which they produce.

We really felt at home in this beautiful Italian scenery and the warmth of this Italian familiy. We just got home but we now already miss them a lot."

An outstanding holiday

What an amazing stay with Claudia and Arnoldo just outside Panzano! The property was so beautiful and the large negative edge pool a dream. We went there as much as possible to sit with nature and the view. Claudia and Teresa cooked us two amazing meals with food from the farm. Their olive oil was lovely. We especially enjoyed the spicy version! Claudia made many excellent restaurant recommendations and helped us to get tickets in Florence for a special viewing of a restoration. We loved and it and will happily return. Terry and Derrick and family

What a fantastic Italian experience

We stayed with our family of 5 (parents and children of 22, 20 and 14 years of age) in Casino di Sala with Claudia and Arnaldo. We never had such a warm welcome and pleasant stay. It was like staying with your parents or good friends. There are three separate houses on this beautifully located property in the old fantastically restored barns. The three houses even have their own cooking facilities but you also have your own very big kitchen with all appliances you need. The infinity pool is beautiful and very big. From the pool you overlook a real typical Tuscany scenery and there is a little bar near the pool. Claudia and Arnaldo have three very nice dogs. Our children loved them and played a lot with these dogs. Last but not least Claudia and Arnaldo have a very sweet housekeeper, Teresa, which also looks after your family in a very sweet way. Do not miss out on the very nice red wine and olive oil which they produce. We really felt at home in this beautiful Italian scenery and the warmth of this Italian family. Panzano Paradise

Claudia and Arnaldo’s property has the stunning views postcards are made of. They are the most charming ,hospitable hosts I have ever encountered. We truly felt like family. They went out of their way to help and assist with anything we needed! The property is expansive with a huge pool and common spaces! The barns are charming and had all the necessary things of home for a week.. They produce their own wine and oil and that was amazing as well!! There are many thing close by to do and explore as well. Do not hesitate to book with these amazing hosts! We already miss them💕🇮🇹

I love people, life, flowers , children(I have 8 grandchildren) and my special extra virgin olive oil.

The large mature gardens surrounding the house have an infinity swimming pool and a 360° view

Three separate old stone barns which have been converted into particularly nice small apartments.
They are decorated and furbished with carefully chosen handcrafted Tuscan country-style furniture.
The peaceful and refined atmosphere is ideal for those who appreciate the quiet of the countryside and the beauty of Tuscan landscape
