Miramar Beach Home w/ Cart | Pool+Splash Pad

Thank you Julie for your 5 Star review. I'm glad that you guys had such a great time. I'm glad the kitchen had everything you need, we've vacation many of times and only found three or 4 tiny pots and pans, no griddle or insta pot. So I know what it's like to have a minimally stocked kitchen and it is not the best. So we try to do the opposite. Yes, we are actively looking to couch replacements. We noticed the excessive wear and tear on the back cushion for the leather. We were originally looking and it just getting the leather patched since the couches are still comfortable and the frames are still sturdy, but it doesn't look like that's an option for us. Thank you for letting us know about the grill, we will communicate with our outside tech to give it a better look.

I am glad to hear that you enjoyed the size of the rooms, and that you got great use out of the golf cart! I appreciate you guys leaving the house in such good condition, we love hosting guests like you. Please let us know if you plan any future travel back to the area. We have a second property a couple minutes down the beach road as well.

Good evening Summer! Thank you so much for your generous review. I'm glad you guys love to stay with us at our homes. We definitely love that it feels like home to you! Your family leaves the house in such great condition, we love and appreciate it so much!

Hello Charlyne, Thank you very much for a great review! I am glad to hear that you felt that the home & neighborhood were stunning! I love hearing that you guys would like to return in the future. Yes, we do have advertise a later check-in. This is because we never know what condition we will find the home in. We don't like to make promises that we can't keep, in case extra work needs to be done. There are a lot more hands involved in getting everything disinfected properly in a large home, as opposed to a hotel room or a condo. We accommodate early check-in as often as we can. I'm happy that we were able to have everything completed shortly after 3:30, and get the check-in codes sent out early. I hope this helped a little.

Hello again Michelle! Thank you so much for taking the time out to leave us a review for our business. I greatly appreciate it as it helps us stand out against the competition! I'm happy to hear it that the house was very well stocked and had everything you needed in comparison to some of your other rentals that you have visited. That is a huge compliment and makes me very happy! I'm glad that the location was good for you guys, and that you would like to come back in the future. Definitely reach out and let me know what dates you are interested in. I will talk to you soon!
