Welcome to Vindemia House!
This bright & warm century home ties character with modern luxury. This beautiful accommodation is cared for, furnished, maintained with integrity and is very enjoyable to stay in!
In a quiet residential area, my home is ideal for those that would like a nice, clean and relaxing place to stay while they explore Niagara Falls. Several attractions are ~ 15 min walk. Clifton Hills ~ 25 min walk. Many walk to Falls. ~35 mins
Vindemia has original vintage pieces mixed in with modern furnishes/technology. You will have Netflix and YouTube for your enjoyment on the TV. Note that the basement is separate and not included, so may be occupied. The front entrance is reserved for you, and side entrance is off limits.
Come enjoy the dual shower, and relax comfortably with your group as the house comes with 2.5 bathrooms, and an enclosed patio.
Prime location close to all attractions - 5 minutes drive to Clifton Hill, Casino & Falls!
Sleeps 6 in beds (no extra guests without prior approval).
Self-check in with Smart Lock.
Easy access to Hwy 420 & QEW.
**Please No Pets, PARTIES or EVENTS!**
Free parking in driveway (space for 3 small cars).
High speed Wireless internet.
Smart TV with Netflix & YouTube.
Guests must comply with house rules.
Quiet hours between 10 pm and 8am.
Please be respectful of neighbours, and keep outside noise to a minimal level.
No shoes inside the house.
Food and/or drinks are not allowed in any bedroom.
For general security, there are exterior cameras around the property. No visibility into the house. :)

So far, I've travelled to Peru, Iceland, Spain, Thailand, and most recently Madasgascar. I love to eat and try new things, whether it's edible or not! I am on the road a lot for work, but we may cross paths and can arrange to say 'hello' if you let me know in advance. I also have travelled for work before, so if you're in town for work, I'd love to learn more and hope to host you. My family and I enjoy this home very much, and are constantly adding special touches. I'm happy to share with you!
There are so many great things to do in Niagara, and I'm sure a restful sleep in a pleasant accommodation after a long day is what you want. I've got that and am happy to invite you into residential Niagara Falls, close to attractions, restaurants, cafes and stores to help you fulfill that purpose.
